- A man enters a diner with a shotgun and shoots a man in the chest, a ton on blood is shown splattering onto the wall behind him; he shoots him again off-screen. He then shoots a fleeing man in the back with mild blood spray and a woman off-screen. The bodies are dragged along the floor with a blood trail.
- A woman is shown screaming as she covers her eye while blood spurts from behind her hands. Shocking but this is very quick and the camera quickly cuts away.
- Surprisingly tame for the subject matter, most of the violence is brief and not shown for long.
- A man savagely beats another man in a parking lot; he punches him in the face as blood splatters from his mouth before repeatedly punching and kicking him, finally bashing him in the face with a gun. Although he survives, he is shown with a lot of blood around his slashed mouth.
- A man shoots a woman in the leg and accidentally shoots another man in the shoulder. Neither die but some blood splatter is seen.

- A man purposefully pulls out a gun in order to be shot dead by police officers, who kill him instantly by shooting him three times in the chest while blood briefly splatters.
