Dhillon's collaborations with other artists showcase his versatility and willingness to experiment. Whether he's teaming up with established names or rising stars, his music retains its signature charm while embracing new sounds.

Listening to AP Dhillon's music is like embarking on a cultural journey. It's a fusion of East and West, tradition and innovation, all brought together by his distinct musical vision. If you're looking for an artist who dares to push boundaries and redefine genres, AP Dhillon is an artist you don't want to miss. His music isn't just a collection of songs; it's an exploration of identity, emotion, and the universal language of music itself.

Not inspiring, not a raw talent, auto tune dependent singer
kingzpbi23 August 2023
The first question comes to mind ...does he really deserve a docu series when there are plenty of much more talented and famous singers out there who have dedicated years to honing their craft and perfecting their vocal skills.

AP dhillon's reliance on auto tune technology during stage shows exposed him as weak untrained singer. This revelation not only impacts his credibility as a singer but also underscores the necessity for authenticity and raw talent in a field that thrives on genuine artistic expression. He has failed to achieve the substantial growth and distinction since the release of his debut song.

His music fame comes from the fact of mixing hollywood style hip hop beats into punjabi songs.

Throughout the documentary, it becomes evident that the singer's rise to fame was swift and lacking in depth.

In conclusion, while the four episodes shines a light on an individual's journey from obscurity to recognition, it fails to delve into the richer and more resonant stories of artists who have overcome substantial odds on their road to success, there are many that exist within the world of music.

This documentary raises questions about the selection criteria for such projects.

Poor documentary but his music is A+ so it worked for me

Warning: Spoilers
First thing first, if you're a fan of AP you will be happy with this.

That being said, the point of a documentary is to engage and make it interesting for people who aren't aware of the artist or his craft. That's something that the documentary fails to deliver. At large it remains quite superficial and none of the heavy hitting elements get their due: be it Sidhu M assassination or the initial struggles. Even something like NYC concert not getting enough feature time is beyond me.

What works for the show is AP/Amrit being a likeable humble chap.

PS: I think Gurinder Gill was sidelined and intentionally wasn't given footage. No biggie though imo.

I recently had the pleasure of watching the documentary on these renowned Punjabi music artist, A. P, Shinda and GG and I must say, it was a truly inspiring and captivating experience. The documentary skillfully delved into the artist's life journey, showcasing their dedication and passion for music.

The storytelling was top-notch, weaving together personal anecdotes, interviews with industry experts, and footage from the artist's performances. It provided a fascinating glimpse into the artist's cultural roots, musical influences, and the challenges they faced on their path to success.

What truly stood out was the artist's unwavering commitment to preserving and promoting Punjabi music and culture. Their music not only entertained but also served as a bridge between generations, bringing together diverse audiences from around the world.

This documentary is a testament to the power of music to transcend boundaries and unite people. It left me not only with a deep appreciation for the artist's talent but also with a newfound respect for the rich tapestry of Punjabi music. I highly recommend this documentary to anyone who appreciates music and the remarkable stories behind the artists who create it. It's a celebration of talent, culture, and the universal language of music.

Not a good person so not a documentary worth watching
deepakgupta-3679320 August 2023
The one who wears shoes with their birth country's flag on it is really not worth for a documentary.

I had been an avid fan of AP Dhillon listening most of his songs on repeat throughout my day in office. I am a Punjabi born and lived in Punjab for most of my life. I a a father as well and want to have a good place for my child to live and spend their life. Anyone supporting separatism or downgrading my country's name is one spoiling the atmosphere for our generations to live peacefully here and not worth any respect or following.

The day when JP Dhillon boasted off his shoes with my country's flag on it, he is lost from many person's mind and memories here. This may not make any difference to him but we as an individual can show what it means to us.

AP REVIEW

This docu-series was put together perfectly.

We were able to get to know AP and also able to get know the other faces behind the scenes.

AP single handedly changed the Punjabi music scene and now every artist attempts to copy his music/style.

From being a humble up and coming musician to becoming to an international STAR he's proven to everyone that anyone with dedication, passion and tenacity can achieve their dreams.

His team believes in him and supports him. This docu-series shows that when you have the right people around you - you can rely on and believe in your team to take over the tasks you as an artist shouldn't have to handle.

This series has shows that teamwork really does make the dream work.

Much love and appreciation to AP and his team for showing the world that anything is possible.

Cheers.
