- A woman suddenly wraps a belt around a man's neck and begins strangling him; he is shown and heard choking as she tightens the belt before eventually he succumbs and dies.
- A man is seen lying dead on the ground after he was poisoned off-screen, foam is pooling out of his mouth. Unsettling but brief and mild.
- A young boy stabs a woman in the hand with a knife, almost no blood is shown. She begins strangling him in anger but eventually stops.
- The dead bodies of several murdered women are seen buried during the end credits, not graphic.
- A woman is stabbed multiple times by a little boy with a knife, no blood is initially shown. There is a brief shot of her being stabbed repeatedly in the cheek and face while blood pools but no wounds are seen and this isn't graphic. Her dead body is seen with lots of blood around her face and a bloody saw is later shown, implying she was dismembered.
