Lesbian Beauties 5: Mature Women

Toward the end of her career, porn icon Debi Diamond had a brief renaissance in Lesbian Cinema roles, and in particular this two vignettes out of four starring assignment for Sweetheart Video's founder Nica Noelle.

She portrays a masseuse, insistent upon giving a "full tension release" to my favorite geriatric porn actress Erica Lauren. Erica manages to stay in character, but it is clear that the reluctant Erica is enjoying the scene immensely.

Diamond returns in the final segment opposite Heidi Hanson in a well-written vignette of lesbian yearnings, a favorite topic for Nica.

The other scenes are almost as good, particularly one featuring Melissa Monet in a role Nica could have taken herself, a very sympathetic portrayal in a dramatic scene with Randi James.

Having an all-mature cast is a novelty for the Lesbian Cinema, in which Older/Younger relationships have become institutionalized for porn (and arousal) purposes. This is a demonstration that going against the prevailing wisdom (and audience tastes can be successful.
