- Gordon Ramsay: Now there's a very anemic-looking lamb shank. Look at the presentation - it's depressing. Almost, ah, like its been in the microwave for an hour. Surely they wouldn't microwave a lamb shank. I'm a little bit nervous at how grey the meat is. That is way too salty and badly balanced. Dustin, I mean... it's sooo salty. Who cooked that, ah, Dustin?
- Dustin (waiter): That's Chef Mike.
- Gordon Ramsay: Chef who?
- Dustin (waiter): Chef Mike. It's a microwave.
- Gordon Ramsay: I thought it was a third chef.
- Dustin (waiter): Yeah, it kind of is. Does a lot of work in the kitchen.
