A timeless tale of undying love. Maha (Kanwal Khan) is suffering from cardiomyopathy and Sameer (Armaan Ali Pasha) has a malignant brain tumor. Maha lost her parents at a young age and was adopted by her maternal aunt, who is childless and loves her more than she could have loved her own daughter. Chance brings Sameer and Maha together. Maha needs a heart transplant to survive and due to her very precarious medical condition, is very depressed. Sameer on the other hand, despite having a very serious untreatable condition, is full of life and wants to feel the emotion of love before he dies. During the course of their relationship, Maha finally falls in love with Sameer and feels the passion for love, and for the first time wants to live for them to be together. During the course of the movie, Sameer finds out from his doctor that the experimental treatment he is receiving has started to work and his tumor is in remission. He feels a sense of betrayal towards Maha who still hasn't found a heart for transplant. As fate would have it, Sameer meets with an accident and dies and Maha gets his heart.
