Varun, Suresh, Siddhu, Rahul, Varsha, Meghana and Amrutha, all hailing from diverse backgrounds and circumstances, get an offer letter from PeopleTech and all of them head to the city with dreamy eyes. After completing the joining formalities, they meet with a rude shock when a senior employee Prardhana announces that their employment will be made permanent only if they successfully pass a 6-month training and assessment.

It's Day 1 of life at an IT campus for the interns. They rush out of their dorms to reach the office and swipe in within time. Pravallika takes extract revenge on Varun for all the ragging he subjected her to at college. Ragav, their Chief Learning Officer, emphasises the importance of focusing on the journey and not on the destination.

First salary day arrives and each of them spend it off as per their wishes. The boys decide to booze that night but learn that alcohol is banned inside the campus. So they transfer the liquor into water bottles being carried by Meghana and Varsha in the hope that they won't be noticed by the security. Hell breaks loose when the security guards see through their plan and report all of them to HR.

Varun uses his uncle's influence and saves the gang from termination. Everyone attempt their first-term exams. Valli reveals her love for Varun to the gang, but Varun is drawn into a sexual relationship with Richa. Results come and Varsha, Suresh and Varun fail in it. Varsha repulses Rahul's attempt to cajole her, while Suresh contemplates suicide.

Ragav promises to complete a challenging project with the help of interns. Varsha starts withdrawing from Rahul to comfort her parents. Suresh fails to get any assignment from Ragav in spite of being in the team for a week. A confidential document is found lying at the reception because of Suresh's ignorance and Debashish threatens to fire them.

Varsha decides to consider the match brought by her parents and ditches Rahul. Varun understands what true love is when Richa ditches him and Valli confronts him. Ragav kickstarts the project by onboarding the interns. Siddhu hacks into Debu's system to leak the question paper and all of them pass.

Prardhana takes a heart-broken Rahul under her wing and makes him understand the true value of relationships. Debashish places obstacles in the completion of Ragav's project. The interns come together to take up the challenge in order to support Ragav.

Ragav suffers a heart attack due to excessive work stress. The interns are close to finishing the project but need Venkat's approval. Prardhana steps in to take up responsibility in Ragav's absence. They go against protocol to accomplish the impossible.
