Marcela and Arturo are in the process of ending their marriage. There are taking a short vacation with their teenage children Camila and Joaquin in a home borrowed from a friend. Marcelo is uneasy with the situation and longs to be with his new love and former secretary Natalia; his putdowns of Marcela are cruel, while she seems to hope against hope that there may be a way to patch up their marriage. In the course of the vacation they discover disquieting facts about their children. Camila and Joaquin seem to know their parents well, but the converse is not true.

This is it. The subject is certainly not original, but there are positives. Acting is very good all around, with a few lapses. The dialogue is free of affectation and reflects faithfully the colorful Spanish spoken is Argentina. The movie keeps your interest until the end, and the last scene in an amusement park is brilliant. The negatives: some scenes are filmed deleting short time intervals, so that the characters change positions brusquely on screen. This is probably done to compress time and it works the first time but soon becomes tiresome. And, I found the songs sappy, but this maybe a generational issue. All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives and and the movie is worth watching.
