Violence & Gore

  • The movie opens up with the aftermath of a killing spree, two dead men are seen in the street with puddles of blood beneath them. A man walks into a building and sees, two dead bodies with bloody gunshot wounds to the head. Puddles of blood are seen beneath their heads. Gunshots are heard offscreen. Two more corpses are seen with bloody gunshot wounds in the chest. A violent kick to head is heard offscreen.
  • A man is shot in the head from a far distance, blood and small amounts of brain matter splatters all over the door of a house. Blood on a door and wall briefly visible.
  • Two men attempt to kidnap a woman, they engage in a violent and aggressive manner, she responds by violently hitting one of the perpetrators in the head with a stove grill, a big mark is seen on his head. Two men engage in a brief hand to hand combat fight. The fight ends with the loser getting shot in the head, this seen with shaky cam. A man is shot in the head with a small amount of blood spraying onto the wall behind him. A man is violently hit on the hand with a toilet tank lid. A man is shot in the head with blood mists coming out the back of his head, he is then shot again offscreen. Two men engage a brief fight. A man's head is bashed against a sink, a bloody mark is seen on his head, he is then shot in the stomach.
  • A woman is seen lying dead in a chair with a gunshot wound in her head.
  • Another flashback occurs of a brief fight breaking out at a funeral. A man is seen dead lying in the floor with a gunshot wound in the head, and small puddles of blood beneath him.

  • A man is shot in the head from a far distance very unexpectedly, with small amounts of blood spraying from his head. Several more gunshots are heard afterwards.
  • A lengthy shootout occurs at a house, men are shot in the chest, and head with moderate blood mists. A man is shot in the leg. A violent hand to hand combat fight occurs. It ends with the mercenary pulling out a flash bang grenade and it explodes with muffled sounds into his own stomach (we do not see the injury).
  • A man is shot in the back, his body is thrown through a glass window.
  • A brutal fight occurs between two brothers. One of them has his mouth covered in blood, one brother is repeatedly punched in the face. The brother responds by punching the other brother violently in the throat, and throwing him to the ground, next his head is at gunpoint, he does not die.
  • There is a brief video of a man slicing a guys throat with a steak knife. It is replayed several times.
  • The protagonist uses firearms to attack his enemies at close-range and kills them by shooting them in the head. There are also extremely intense fighting scenes.
  • The scenes of gun violence also depict details such as brief bloodshed and bullet wounds.
  • A brief fight occurs between two men. A man is then violently strangled to death by a belt, we hear his neck snap offscreen, he then awkwardly waves to his neighbors in a humorous manner.
  • A flashback of a brief sequence of torture, where a nail is driven through a man's hand. We then briefly see his corpse covered in burnt marks implying that he was burned to death.

  • 'Bitch' is said once, including twice paired with 'son of a-.'
  • 'Shit' is said 10 times, including paired with 'bull-' once.

  • 'Hell' is said three times, including paired with 'bloody' once.
  • 'Ass' is said twice.
  • The Lord's name is taken in vain, including 'god' said twice, 'christ' said twice, 'jesus fucking christ' said once, and the names of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph all said once as an exclamation.
  • 'Goddamn' is said four times.
  • 'Prick' is said once as an insult.
