Anwar Says: Biopic has been presented on OTT on many people, but this particular one on Sahabuddin from Siwan, sorry Dhiwan, came out from the pen of Siddharth MIshra would take you to the true depiction of '90s and early part of 2000. Sachin Pathak, the director, has been able to create the aura of Pre- Laloo and post- Laloo Bihar and Pre- T N Sheshan political scenario.

Vineet Singh is born for portraying the character of Shahabuddin and so Aankansha Singh for Sana . The backbrush lad is sometimes lovable and sometimes being hated . But the problem with the series is that every next scene is predictable. If you are looking for only action, Pathak is not offering you more. It's more a planning and planning only.

Every Bihari would be able to correlate and whether you love or hate Saheb , the protagonist, neither good or bad , you have to be around him to survive. A goon reading books and talks about human values and simultaneously carrying all sorts of crimes for his survival, is the true character of Saheb. A total of about 3 hours watch finish it this weekend.

The Climax does not suit the Plot

Vineet Singh has played as best as ever , it seems this role was only for him. Lakhan As Lalu, Mukul as Nitish were average. If the whole plot is inspired by true events as that is a fact, then why in the end he is shown as murdered, instead could have been shown as it really happened naturally. Direction, Script hats off.

I have to say the way #SachinPathak has directed this 3rd season the way he has depicted the life of Mohd Shahabuddin with making some changes to Haroon Shah Ali and still not losing the aura that Shahabuddin had.

As I'm from Bihar so i know what power Shahabuddin had & Sachin has managed to show that power Making a real life story with some changes is a tough work,it has been done nicely

The story he has told is bit different from the real one still it is as powerful as realone.

The way 'Vineet Kumar Singh' has acted as 'Haroon Shah Ali' or we say "Mohd Shahabuddin"

He has managed to portray the role brilliantly Even my father who has met Shahabuddin , had been to his funeral Said "ye to bilkul Shahabuddin lag rha he, kaafi acchi acting kr rha he "

& Even my mother asked "Who is he , he is doing very good acting"

And my reaction is same to the way #VineetKumarSingh has acted

Not just him but the performances of others is also brilliant Be it 'Aakanksha Singh' as Sana, 'Vijay Maurya' as Lakhan/Lalu Prasad , 'Rajesh Taillang' as Mukul/Nitish Kumar , etc

This season is a must watch for PPL who likes politics , crime stuff like that.

Acting of Vineet Kumar Singh and Aakanksha Singh is at the highest level. Both have great potential. My best wishes for their bright future.

Direction is undoubtedly excellent. Story is based on reality which is very difficult to present in the same way. All other characters are established actors and everyone has made felt their presence.

The series is about the politician in Bihar who had done all the negativity to become a hero

Sachin Pathak created a well balanced series which is based on true events..the best quality of direction ,edits ,background scores and acting is clearly seen here..the series goes in a well balanced pace with all the scenes made in a controlled and simple manner which were nicely placed in 6 episodes..the climax is well framed which perfectly fitted the story

Vineet superbly played the character of a Bihar Bahubali politician role in a matured manner he was not at all loud or overdramatic

This weekend after rocketry this series would be a good watch.

The cast of the series is too accurate. They did a great job. Vineet sir stole the show again and Prashant sir was too good after much time. Everybody deserves appreciation.

Basically, I found it a tralier of a movie that I saw growing up. Prior to beginning work on the screenplay, I came to the realization that they had not carried out the necessary amount of research. They were in a bit of a hurry to get it out there for everyone to see as quickly as possible. They can wait a few more years to disclose everything, and much of what they have divulged to me seems to be irrelevant to the situation. Saheb's wife never wins an election. The scenario at the hospital was all fabricated. The favor that he did for Siwan was not well explained. The shootout has been going on for more than ten hours. Because this aspect was not well described, I do not believe the series will be able to adequately justify his character. My impression was that it was a typical Bollywood production of some kind of mafia series.

Before inculcating good or bad image towards any leader in the political system of India, it is necessary to be aware of his reality like Lalu Yadav is a fodder thief, Sahabuddin has got acid murder done, how power is distributed in our country and state. It is misused by the ruling party, it has been shown well in this series how the ruling party put the opposition leader in jail to get power in our country, and we also consider that leader as a criminal and about him They also spread rumours in the Chowk Chauraha Gali locality. A good effort by the Zee5 team also.

Watched the complete series in one go, and I must say that this show manages to stand out as a strong, crisp, and entertaining package with some exceptional performance from the star casts.

Masterpiece but portraits a inhuman gangster as hero

Series is good but this series is trying to make shabuddin as hero but in reality he was a cruel, devil monster who kills whole family for land and politics. In this series, director highlighting a gangster as Robinhood of poor who makes education free, hospital free and support secularism which is absolutely wrong. I lived in bihar and i know the terrifying horror nights of this devil.

Its been about a week that I finished this series, roles played by Vineet, Akansha and Prashant has left very strong after effect. All three have created a masterpiece out of their roles.

To all 3, you have won another fan!!!!

What have preferred if ending would not have been modified, as in real he survived and was untouchable, where Sachin tried to show in fiction that bad always get what they deserve.

Justice to the character

Director has done justice to the character. Shahabuddin has been projected almost near to his charismatic and robin hood image Yes he was a Bahubali and only that led him to the survival in the field of most brutal and complex political field. He was unsung hero of the implementation of social justice idea in Bihar. One should visit his constituency 2 time MLA and 4 time MP without any break, to understand what he did for his people and his constituency. The series almost very well depicted how he was used in politics.

He deserved much more than what he got in Indian and Bihar politics. Not a legend but not less than that.

And Vineet Kumar Singh did as usual marvelous.

Excellent script and Direction.

The acting of Saheb was in some top level. May be discovery of a new genuine actor like MR. Nasir uddin shah.

After Sacred games part 1 , Mirzapur , this is something one of the best crime series but with a exception of not using much bad language or romantic angle .

Will be exciting to see how the next season grows and who comes in as a central actor after this nice performance .

Police officer Acting , political leader acting was just as it was to be - with the story and demand .

Thanks to the whole time and recommend to watch who love crime / thriller stories.

This series tries to justify the terrorist like Shahabuddin and acts of horror like killing of three person by drowning them in acid. This series was made with sole agenda to justify the horror killings by Shahabuddin. Please do not waste you time on such a shameful act.

Full of factual inaccuracies doesn't even deserve 1star

Waste of time. Only reason someone would want to watch is because of masala content or gangster something.

But believe me this series is not for anyone who is from Bihar or is interested in factual accuracies. It is one thing to make mistakes cause facts are not much known or has various versions of it.

But watching this you would know how they have twisted facts that are even easily available in public domain. Just so that they can glamourise a terrorist ( not exasaration, read about purulia arms drop).

Some of the few Major inaccuracies that I would like to mention here :- Chandrashekhar was not his friend. Acid was thrown at Shahabuddin's goon, but he didn't die. It was a minor accident. DSP was slapped and SP Bachhu Singh Meena was leading the encounter with help from UP police. And IAS officer was involved too and not opposing it like shown in the series.

Series shows the encounter taking place in MLA residence as shown earlier. Which is allocated in patna. Whereas in reality, incounter took place in his village. Also in this series, it shows police as idiots as they march toward firing. Believe me it isn't the case. People barely even stand during encounter let alone run towards it😂😂 Also as much as everyone likes to believe that every gangster in bihar has/had AK rifles. It isn't always the case. Also I would be lying if I say that Shahabuddin hadn't had any. But yeah it would have been max to max 3-4. Not every goon brandishing an AK 😂😂 All in all I would laugh all the way watching it and sometimes even get frustrated😫.

Also the timeline thing is messed up. They haven't shown anything in the order as they happened instead jumping in between.

Also about those COMMUNIST fights. They weren't weak either and had lots of gunpower. Shahabuddin did win that but with help from various upper caste jamindars.

Also he died of COVID. And his Son's name is OSAMA.
