- A little girl getting brutally killed. She is slashed with an axe repeatedly out-of-frame, and we see blood splatter.
- A little girl has her eyes gouged out of her sockets with graphic detail. She is drenched in blood, and we see wounds all over her body. Her body also contorts throughout the film in a grisly manner.
- A variety of characters are seen getting gruesomely slaughtered by a demonic entity in a quick, brief scene. They are tossed around a room and their heads are repeatedly bashed into walls with very gory results.
- A character is seen running before a demonic entity splits their body in half. It is a pretty violent and bloody scene to watch anyway.
- A character gets crushed to death by a large collection of objects. We see the objects crush them, but their corpse is displayed offscreen.
- Characters are slashed by the demonic entity throughout the film, leading to bloody cuts surrounding their bodies.
