- Basically none, the man character is shown working out shirtless, and some nurses are seen talking about how attractive he is.
- A man asks another to kill criminals that are about to be let free because these criminals assaulted his daughter. This doesn't go into detail or show a flash back, only said in passing.
Violence & Gore

- The starting episodes have extremely brutal deaths of characters with blood splashes all over.
- Jinwoo gets smashed repeatedly by Cerberus who then bites his arm off leaving him covered in blood (he heals). Gory.
- Goblins and other low level monster are always slashed up and decapitated with blood shown.
- Episode 1 is by far the most violent and gory, the other episodes don't even come close to the brutality of the first episode, if your kid can handle the first episode he/she should be fine with the rest of the show.
Profanity

- Infrequent cursing like "damn", "hell" and "bullshit are used.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The main character is seen drinking a ton of beer, he isn't doing this to get drunk, in fact he finds out he can't get drunk.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The violence is very intense and gory, the beginning episodes have disturbing deaths with characters screaming in fear.
- In one episode, a character ruthlessly and violently kills 6 other characters, without hesitation and with no emotion or remorse. This could be very unsettling for a lot of people.
- The 1st episode is by far the most intense and frightening episode the 1st season. This episode is more of a hardcore survival episode, whilst the rest are a power fantasy. If your kid can handle the 1st episode, you shouldn't need to worry about the content of the rest of the show.

Violence & Gore
- 2 men are sliced in half, one vertically and the other diagonally with blood spraying all over.
- A woman is smushed leaving a splash of blood and gore.
- The main character dies a very brutal graphic death as he is slammed, dismembered, and impaled repeatedly with blood splattering all over before he is resurrected.
- Sung Jinwoo kill 6 men in EP. 6. 2 are decapitated, 2 are stabbed or slashed(obscured), and 2 vomit blood and blood pours out of their eyes and ears. This scene is intense and very bloody.
