it's still fun even if not real at all

Is it real ? Probably 20%, most participants on most groups, FB and Reddit throughout the show in United States and around the world said it's mostly scripted

Is it edited to look a certain way ?

Every reality is... that's why we watch them for the drama

Is it fun to watch ? T hat's the main purpose everybody hate how much unreal it is, and ok, we have our friends, family, neighbors for real life.

We like to watch this shows to gossip about them later with friends and loved ones to have a good time and to fool ourself that this is real.

So yea, i do think there is enjoyment from this

real or not doesn't matter i assume as many storys this is "based on real events" more then a 1 to 1 how things would go if there is no cameras there.

I absolutely love this UK version of 90 day fiance! Lots of wholesome characters. I have been enjoying every episode so far. Cheers to this show. Hoping it will have many more seasons in the future!

90 day fiancé is definitely a guilty pleasure but it's UK counterpart has a lot more depth and is fascinating. I've only seen the first three and it's not always easy to watch- the frustration at some of these people can be difficult as they are clearly being taken advantage of. Don't write it off thinking it will be like the US version! That being said it is still a guilty pleasure!!!

Yet only watched the first episode of the UK version, but watched almost all episodes of the US series, i would say it is more indulging this time.

What worries me, is the obvious English accent that i can not follow most of the time.

See, i am not a native English speaker.

Is Episode 12 the Finale?

I can see why most of these participants have to make do with online romances. One-on-one they all seem to have PhDs in misunderstanding words and intentions.

I'm no big fan of "Sean" the dodgy Japanese dude, but Victoria-Emma seems to interpret all his actions and most of his words the wrong way. Her social filter seems to be set on "this is deliberately designed to hurt/affect me. How can I misinterpret it to further my victimhood?"

The less said about Richard Porter, the better. A perfect lout who for some unknown reasons thinks he's a great catch. The negativity associated with "mail-order brides" can be ascribed to predators like him.

Shaun is just pathetic, he expects us to believe he got out of "cleaning management" because of the "pressure of the job." Now he's back to just cleaning, at a vastly lower salary and he still has trouble doing anything other than telling long-suffering Christine that she's his everything, he loves her. Does he have any interests other than whining and sobbing how much he loves Christine?

Kadie is doing better than most, but her accent is so broad, I wonder Alejandro can understand her. She did bite the bullet and go to Mexico but her fear of any food other than fish and chips and sausage rolls makes it seem she won't be very adaptable in the long run.

Emma, I just don't get it. What on earth do she and Hossein have in common, other than his wish to live in the UK?

I'd write more about Marvin, Calum, Sam and Pat, but their stories have barely got off the ground and according to IMDB, the series, at 12 episodes, has already finished. Surely they have to come back to tidy up the relationships, bring all the participants together, at least? If we have to wait until 2023, I think I'll give it a miss.

Love, Drama, and "Real" People: 90 Day Fiancé UK Outshines its American Counterpart!

I'm American and I'm totally obsessed with 90 Day Fiancé UK, it's like way better than the American version, no doubt!

So, why do I prefer the UK version? Well, first of all, it's, like, way more realistic. The American version feels so over-the-top and scripted, but the UK version keeps it real, I mean, the couples on the UK show are, like, actual "real" people. They're not, like, fame-hungry divas trying to get their 15 minutes of Insta-fame, and they don't have, like, a million Instagram followers before the show even airs. It's kinda refreshing to see real love stories unfold without all the extra drama and fake stuff.

And let's talk about the laughs and the awkward moments, I'm, like, on the edge of my seat, waiting for those cringe-worthy moments to kick in. They're, like, my guilty pleasure. I can't get enough of the second-hand embarrassment. I live for those moments.

The second season cranks up the intensity and takes the show to a whole new level of obsession. It's real, it's hilarious, and it's filled with all the delicious drama you crave. If you're looking for a show like this, well, this is it.

I love this show!!!! Kadie and Alejandro are the best couple by far!!! Her family were wrong in their reactions about their belongings!!! I absolutely LOVE Shane and hope she finds real love because her vibe is Amazing!!! Everyone else, staying tuned to see their true colors!!! I don't know about "I love you chicken couple" because he seems like a child waiting for mom to steer him in the right direction but he's nice, for now. Robert and Assel are not anything that describes a couple. She's there for money and wants to live high, even higher when it comes to his daughter! Send her back!!!!!!!
