Emily's plot continues to unravel; tensions escalate in Victoria's relationship with her family; Lydia's memory raises concerns with the Graysons; a friend starts to play dirty.

Daniel's return to the family firm delights Conrad, but Tyler feels passed over and seeks an alliance with Victoria's disgruntled English assistant Ashley. Nolan is appalled to find the girl 'Emily' dumped on him is the real one and Frank's murderer, yet helps her cover up before Lydia, whom Victoria took in to keep an eye on her memory recovery, would catch on. They send the killer to Paris with a new identity, both ignoring she actually stays around. Confronted with his family's bankruptcy and his own bisexuality, Tyler buys Nolan's silence with physical intimacy. Emily's plot further unravels, and Victoria's unstable relationship with her family grows increasingly more tense when an unwanted pawn in Emily's game heads to the Hamptons with questionable intentions. Emily/real Amanda and Amanda/real Emily are in the car. Emily is upset that she killed Frank and they flashback to juvi. Emily drops Amanda off at Nolan's and tells him not to let her out of his sight.

Lydia is coming out of her coma and doesn't seem to have much memory of her fall. The doctor tells Victoria and Conrad that everything should come back. Conrad thinks they need to get their story straight as to why Frank attacked her.

Charlotte wakes up in the morning having spent the night at the bar. After she rushed home Declan tells Jack nothing happened.

Tyler tells Daniel his father is moving his home office to a hotel. Emily stops by and Daniel tells her he's thinking about taking Conrad up on his internship offer. Ashley spent the night with Tyler.

Lydia is going to be recovering at Victoria's place. Victoria notices that both Ashley and Charlotte are still wearing the previous night's dresses. Lydia doesn't remember Emily. Conrad isn't thrilled that Lydia is staying there and they argue about who is to blame for what happened to her.

Declan wants Jack to talk to Nolan about taking the boat out. Daniel stops by and quits his bartending gig.

Faux Amanda is making herself very at home. Nolan calls Emily who says she needs to stay there a few days. Emily wants her to Photoshop her face out of the picture from Lydia's place. Nolan spots blood on Amanda's jacket.

Daniel drops by his father's office. Tyler eavesdrops on Daniel asking Conrad about working for the family business. Conrad is overjoyed. The police call looking for Conrad.

Jack drops by Nolan's place and finds Amanda. Nolan's not there but Amanda starts flirting pretty heavily.

Conrad tells Victoria Frank's body was found in a ditch. Conrad points out that their secret has died with him.

Amada makes cocktails for the two of them. Jack loves them and tells her to stop by the bar. Emily drops by with clothes for Amanda and Jack leaves. Emily's clearly concerned about her being a wildcard.

Amanda tells Emily she likes using her name and doesn't like Emily's plan of shipping her off to France. Amanda says Emily's the closest thing she's had to a sister. We flashback to juvi when Stiles told her it would be in her best interest to make friends with this Emily Thorne person.

Emily brings over more of Lydia's things. After Emily leaves, Lydia tells Victoria she remembers Emily being in a New Year's Eve photo.

Ashley tells Tyler she's getting sick of Victoria. He concurs based on getting the boot when Daniel showed back up. He thinks Emily is the worst of them all and says they've been playing too nice.

Nolan's bodyguard shows him that Frank was killed.

The police think Frank was the victim of a robbery-carjacking. Victoria tells Conrad about Frank's final 'phone call telling her Emily was not who she says she is. Victoria calls the police.

Nolan asks Amanda about Frank and the blood stains, then shows her he found Frank's wallet in her possession. He wants to know "Who the Hell are you?"

Nolan and Amanda come to Emily's place. He is freaked out and doesn't want to go to prison, but Emily says Amanda's on her way to Europe. Emily gives Nolan Frank's 'phone to dispose of. Emily's given Amanda a new identity. Amanda wants Emily to come with her, but she says she can't.

Conrad tells Charlotte about moving out. She doesn't want be left there with her mother.

Lydia and Victoria look through all of her pictures but do not find anything with Emily in it. Nolan's Photoshop switcheroo has been successful.

Charlotte drops by the bar and is upset about her family.

Emily comes home to find two cops in her home talking to Daniel. They're investigating Frank's murder and ask about him making several calls to Victoria before he died. They tell Emily and Daniel about Victoria looking into Emily's past. She admits to being in juvi because she "took care of" an abusive stepfather. Plus Emily has an alibi for when Frank was killed.

Daniel is furious with Victoria for sending the police to Emily's house and looking into his girlfriend. He asks his mother why she feels so threatened all the time and warns her to stay away from Emily. He tells Victoria she's lost the last person in the family who defended her.

Nolan officially gives Jack back his boat and tells him he doesn't have to pretend to be his friend any more. Jack apologizes for being a jerk and pours him a drink. He asks about Amanda and Nolan tells him she's gone.

Daniel wants to stay with Emily for awhile. We can see that Amanda is watching them from the porch.

Victoria asks Conrad a bunch of questions about Frank's death, implying that he might have been involved. They both are accusing each other.

Victoria goes to Lydia's room. While Lydia sleeps Victoria takes the 'phone out of her room. Lydia was pretending to be asleep and notices what she did.

Emily flashes back once again to juvi. She showed up when Amanda was released and tells her that she's come into some money. She gives Amanda a check for $500,000 and says "I have a favor to ask you." In present day we see Emily burning a mug shot of the real Emily Thorne.

Victoria shreds the speech Lydia was going to give exposing Victoria. Tyler finds it and starts piecing it back together. Emily leaves in the middle of the night and plants a GPS.

Amanda, obviously not on an airplane to Europe and intending some sort of double-cross of Emily, walks into Jack's bar after last call and orders a drink. She tells him "I might just stay awhile."
