Please use actors with a believable accent

I liked the subject of the episode, but as often when portraying non-american people, I'm surprised at how badly these people are casted. Being Dutch myself, i can say the "Dutch" accent when talking English is very unbelievable, and actually so bad it's offending. Lots of actual Dutch people out there, consider hiring on of them or take the trouble of listening to Dutch people talking English, or if that's too much work, choose a different nationality to portrait. Please.

A huge mistake regarding how Taiwanese people sign their names

Warning: Spoilers
Okay, I'm a Taiwanese, and I'll have to point out that the key evidence to decide that Chen is guilty is absolute crap!

First of all, he signed his signature following the sequence of "Chen (Surname) Jin-Pyn(First name)", and Cary said, "He's a Taiwanese; he would've signed his surname first." Hello? He DID sign his surname first! What's your problem? Chen IS his surname!

Secondly, we go to school and we study English there, okay? We were taught that your given name goes first and then your family name, not the other way around, so if we were to go to the U. S., we'd sign our names the way you do!

Check your facts!

He did sign his surname first!

Is it just me, or is it ridiculous that the whole plot is based on Cary mixing up Chinese surname and first name? Chen is his last name, so he did sign his last name first.........

Warning: Spoilers
The story of diplomatic immunity could have been handled with more factual information regarding the case. It was too generally presented.

This episode's acting was snagged by Matt Czuchry's portrayal of the smug Cary Agos. This guy has an underlying attitude about himself that Czuchry richly captures. Given the part this week, this becomes more evident.

Eli Gold's former wife running for the state senate? Ridiculous! Why? The idea that she slept with the cousin of Osama bin Laden was ludicrous. Better yet, Cousin bin Laden wasn't a terrorist! Come on. Stop with the nonsense.
