Hired to kill a nobleman, the assassin instead falls for the former's unstable wife.

After the death of his first wife, wealthy Raja Aditya Pratap Singh, re-marries another woman, simply known as Chhoti Rani, who subsequently becomes mentally unstable. His father's former mistress, Badi Rani, controls the wealth, while he himself has a mistress. Unable to procure contracts through Mantri Prabhu Tiwari, he decides to stand for elections, while his rival, Ghenda Singh, recruits an assassin, Babalu, who is also the nephew of Sunder, Chhoti Rani's chauffeur, to kill Aditya. After Sunder is unable to drive due to an injury, he recommends Babalu, and Aditya hires him. Babalu settles down in his new job, attempts to get accepted by everyone, including Chhoti Rani, who he finds attractive. He soon finds out that she, too, has feelings for him, and then starts making plans of not only carrying out his assigned task but also becoming the next Saheb.—rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

After the death of his first wife (who committed suicide), wealthy Raja Aditya Pratap Singh (Jimmy Shergill), re-marries another woman, simply known as Chhoti Rani / Madhavi Devi (Mahi Gill), who subsequently becomes mentally unstable.

Aditya's father's former mistress and his stepmother, Badi Rani, controls the wealth as father gave everything to her before passing away. Aditya has his own mistress Mahua (Shreya Narayanan). Aditya has no money and has to go to Badi Rani for every small ask for funds. Mahua needs Rs 20,000 and has asked Aditya multiple times, but Aditya has no money to give her. Badi Rani tells Aditya to focus on Chhoti Rani and not Mahua, so as not to repeat the mistakes of his own father.

Unable to procure construction contracts through Mantri Prabhu Tiwari (Rajiv Gupta), Aditya decides to stand for MLA elections by himself against Prabhu. To top it off, Aditya's men are being eliminated by his business rival. One by one most of his trusted men have been killed. Kanhaiya (Deepraj Rana) is Aditya's last trusted bodyguard and Suman is his daughter who lives in the mansion as a caretaker for Chhoti Rani.

Aditya visits Prabhu & finds out the nexus between Prabhu & Gaindha due to which all contracts are being awarded to Gaindha's preferred contractors. Aditya threatens both by announcing that he will contest the elections. Prabhu asks Gaindha to remove Aditya from their path.

Aditya starts taking contract killing assignments to be able to cope up with his lifestyle and to be able to get a stronger hold over his political situation while campaigning for the elections, which becomes a difficult battle considering the loss of his allies and deteriorating financial situation. Aditya aligns with businessman Jaiswal (Mukesh Tyagi) and takes contracts from him to eliminate his business rivals.

Aditya's business rival, Gaindha Singh (Vipin Sharma), recruits an assassin, Lalit / Babloo (Randeep Hooda), who is also the nephew of Sunder, Chhoti Rani's chauffeur, to kill Aditya. Babloo is a deeply passionate young man and had beaten up the new boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend. The ex-girlfriend calls Babloo raw and unsophisticated and a beast. The boyfriend ended up in a coma and Babloo needed Gaindha's help to get rid of the police case against him. Gainda Singh is on a constant mission to eliminate the Raja and his allies and to get a hold of the administration, which has been with this royal family for decades.

After Sunder is unable to drive due to an injury arranged in an accident by Gaindha, he recommends Babloo as his replacement, and Aditya hires him. Babloo settles down in his new job, attempts to get accepted by everyone, including Chhoti Rani, whom he finds attractive. Suman is the one who helps Babloo to get comfortable in the house, and to get adjusted to Chhoti Rani's mood swings. Chhoti Rani went berserk when she heard Babloo's real name Lalit, though it is a mystery why. Aditya indicates that he stopped sleeping with Chhoti Rani due to her infidelity.

Chhoti Rani tests Babloo by asking him to commit suicide with a gun. Babloo does not hesitate, but the gun was empty. Babloo was already warned by Suman that this was Chhoti Rani's way of testing loyalty.

Babloo soon finds out that Chhoti Rani, too, has feelings for him, and then starts making plans of not only carrying out his assigned task but also becoming the next Saheb. As Chhoti Rani comes on to Babloo, both starts having sex with each other. Suman witnesses that Babloo is sneaking in and out of Chhoti Rani's room at odd hours of the night.

Aditya knocks over the contractor who was favored by Prabhu. He then threatens Prabhu, who is now desperate to be rid of Aditya & calls Gaindha who calls Babloo. Babloo tells them that Aditya goes to Mahua 3-4 times a week & is best time to be rid of him. Babloo admits to Aditya that he worked for Gaindha & now agrees to be a double agent. Gaindha plans an attack, but Aditya escapes due to his bullet proof jacket (which he was wearing due to the warning from Babloo). Babloo is then inducted into the inner ring of Aditya security. Gaindha pressurizes Babloo to give better information.

But Babloo plays the double game & due to Babloo feeding the wrong financial tender information to Gaindha, Aditya gets the next contract tender. He then calls Prabhu & Gaindha's contractor & sells the tender to him for half the profit (this way Aditya earns Rs 3 Crores without doing any work at all). Meanwhile Chhoti Rani is begging Babloo to kill Mahua.

Babloo is asked to escort Mahua to Lucknow, so he calls Gaindha using Mahua's phone & plans the attack. He then informs Aditya & gets Gaindha killed when he comes to kill Aditya. Then Chhoti Rani points out the calls on Mahua's bill to Aditya & Aditya kills Mahua.

Babloo rises in Aditya's eyes. With Mahua gone, Aditya starts having sex with Chhoti Rani again. This makes Babloo jealous. To make it worse, Chhoti Rani proposes Babloo's marriage to Aditya's bodyguard Kanahiya's (Deepraj Rana) daughter Suman (Deepal Shaw). Babloo harasses Chhoti Rani & she asks Aditya to fire him, not knowing she was in fact talking to Babloo (who was hidden from her view, and she thought she was talking to Aditya).

Aditya goes on hunt for a man-eating leopard & Babloo contacts Prabhu to release Gaindha's brother from jail to take blame when Aditya is killed. Babloo plans the attack & wounds Aditya & kills Kanahiya. Babloo still loves Chhoti Rani & spares Aditya, but she kills Babloo. Chhoti Rani states that "he can only be a partner in the bedroom, but not as a Saheb." Aditya is paralyzed & wins the election on a sympathy wave. Chhoti Rani comes out on top after the whole melee. Chhoti Rani appoints a new driver for herself.
