Kitchen nightmares is a look into a restaurant operations. A very stressful yet rewarding at times but all in all just business at the end of the day. A hour of drama and antics in a episode gets great ratings. The viewer sees a story and formulates a opinion. Reality TV I think is over-rated but hey it's my opinion.
