Again, the episode seems to be going out of its way to show a softer side to Brax and Heath while still demonstrating Brax and Charlie's wildly different worldviews. The brawl between Brax, an uncredited speaking character and a bunch of random extras is ridiculously tame with John, who isn't even involved, being the only person who's remotely hurt during it.
There's some more good stuff between Irene and April, with the former struggling to hold it together and the latter desperate to help. Her decision to help out at the Diner is a sensible one and Irene deciding to contact her children is a nice continuity touch.
Sasha makes a decent debut, sparking off Sid in the way his other children do, and there's some good sibling interaction between Indi and Dexter of the kind that's been occasionally lacking since she married Romeo.Sasha's moving into the house is abrupt but feels right.
