- A man cuts off a woman's ear. His hand is shown holding the ear and it is very bloody. The girl is shown lying down with a lot of blood on her face and shoulder. The man is later shown swinging an ax at the woman's corpse. He's shown throwing away her bloody body parts.
- A woman is found in a bed, having been tied up. She is bloody and beaten.
- A man shackles a woman so that her arms are over her head. He takes pliers and removes some of her teeth. There is a lot of blood.
- A woman attacks a man and puts the shock collar on him.
- A woman stabs a man in the back with a needle containing some sort of drug, knocking the man out.
- The woman who had been tortured throughout the movie engages in torturing her captors. This includes urinating on them from the second floor, cutting them, and pulling out their teeth.
- A scrapbook is shown with pictures of women being tortured.
