A great companion song for the new Top Gun and the video pairs Gaga and movie together well. Some cool shots and lemme say she fully understood the assignment.

This one aims to the emotions

Lady Gaga is always stunning, the song has a huge quality & repeat factor and the mix of images displayed go along really well. While 'Highway to the danger zone' aimed to the thrills, 'Hold my hand' goes to the fullest of emotions. Excellent. Can't wait to see the movie after two full years of delays.

Does not cut muster with the excellent songs of the 80's, not even close; but people (or paid commenters) have congregated to the page of the music video to regale it with comments of its supposed grandeur, regardless. A sign of the times.
