When Tina tries to calm a toddler turf war by befriending a notorious baby bully, she goes too far - and the field team's forced to rein her in.

The episode begins at Baby Corp and Tina jokes with Simmons about the rock throwing tournament and Boss Baby (Teddy) reminds her that they are supposed to be in an important meeting. Unfortunately, on the way, Tina gets distracted by a food version of Venus de Milo and Teddy shows her his watch. Escorted by JJ, Tina finally gets to the field team and Dez is disguised as a bean bag chair. Suddenly, Nannycam no filter CEO baby walks in and says that she has been suffering from diaper rash, but is all cured thanks to a cream called, Butt Soothers. Nannycam then asks to see the 5%ers, including Spectacles baby and Iggy. However, the Bounce house bruiser isn't playing on the bounce house and Cammy pulls up the feed from the day before and Tina compliments her on her proactivity. The film shows that the day before, Bruiser bounced all the other babies off the bounce house. Teddy goes to see what is going on and Nannycam wants to see more 5%ers, like gassy Francis and Tricycle Delivery baby. Teddy then calls in and says that Bruiser got a new trike and is using it to knock Tricycle Delivery baby off course. JJ then tells the story of the championship game and the baby that was meant to be on the crowd cam got overshadowed by another baby wearing mouse ears and the two babies fight. The field team then go to the park and Tina says that she is the perfect fit for the job as she is a people baby and everyone loves her. Tina then puts on a helmet and rides off to Bruiser. Tina tries to get Bruisers attention, but Bruiser just ignores her. Unfortunately, when Tina tries to befriend Bruiser by bumping her off her trike, Bruisers mother sees and wants to talk to Tinas parents, so the field team create a distraction and Tina runs home to get Tabitha. When Tina arrives home, Carol says that Tabitha and Tim are going to complain to an author about how inauthentic her story is. Tina then asks Carol to come with her, but Carol isn't interested, until Tina says that she needs protection from a helicopter Mom and Carol agrees. Back at the park, Bruiser knocks over another babies tower of blocks over and Carol and Bruisers Mother start to argue. The field team hide in the bushes and see that Tricycle Delivery baby is plotting to throw a mud pie, full of bugs in Bruisers face. Pip then shows Teddy and JJ a video of the dangers of plug socket electricity. Meanwhile, Bruiser and Tina are back tricycling and Bruiser tells Tina that she "marked her for life" before knocking her off her trike. Bruiser then goes to run into Tina, but Tina gets up and cycles away. After Tina talks about being maid of honor at Bruisers future wedding, she answers Teddy's call and he says that peace talks broke down with delivery baby and is now throwing mud pies at the gang. Teddy then looks for a different plan and asks Pip whether he has a video on Tricycle safety. As Tina and Bruiser approach, Teddy lures them into a toy barn. The duo watch a video of Safety Ranger Bikerton explaining the dangers of Tricycles. Tina then asks whether fear-mongering is the way to go. Tina then busts down the barn and rides away with Bruiser. Tricycle Delivery baby starts throwing more mud pies at the oncoming Bruiser, before getting scared off course. After a further argument with Bruisers mother, Carol decides to put an end to Tinas misbehaving. Teddy calls Tina and says that she can't stand it that one baby doesn't like her. Tina then throws the monitor away and eats the meat of anarchy, a hot dog. Carol tries to stop Tina, but she and Bruiser just turn and go in the opposite direction and Carol chases after them. Cammy then calls Teddy and says that the baby love meter is going off and Teddy says that it is a glitch. Tina and Bruiser steal juice boxes from other babies and Bruiser spills it over some street art. Teddy then jumps onto the handlebars of Tinas trike and tells her that she has become the mission, to which she knocks him off and goes to try and get Bruiser back in the bounce house and they end up at the park fence. Carol and the field team have them surrounded and Tina is ready to give up, but Bruiser throws her trike over and opens the fence for Tina to go through and the two cycle off. Carol picks up Teddy and declares that she wants a detailed explanation. Outside a cafe, Tabitha and Tim are giving the author ideas for future books, whilst eating meat kabobs. Tina and Bruiser ride through a jump rope and Bruiser comes up with an idea. The pair use the rope as a trip wire, but when Tina hears Bruisers mother call Carol a bad mother, she stops, causing Bruiser to go round and trip her mother up. Pip plays another video of Ranger Binkrton on jump rope safety and Bruisers mother gets up and says she will mommyblog Carol later. Teddy then tells Bruiser to give it a rest and she trikes away. Teddy then tells Tina that "you are never going to get everyone to like you, so don't wreck yourself trying". Tina is sad that they have lost a 5%er and JJ says that they got one back in Tricycle Delivery baby and that it's enough. When Dez says about filling in for her until they find a replacement as he is a beanbag, Teddy notices that the tricycle was a gift from Bruisers babysitter. The next shot is of Mia (one of the uncuddleables) seeing if Bruiser is ok and using sign language says she is ok. Tina says that the babysitters are getting to their 5%ers that way and Mia claims that babysitters can "change the world". The episode ends with Tina accusing Teddy of thinking it was Lumpy the park duck.
