This episode is a parody of "The Office," hence the shaking-screen documentary style filming, which I personally dislike (hurts my eyes mostly). But this is all forgivable because the comedy and further development in each characters more than make-up for it.
The trademark "interview" shots (parody from The Office, where individual characters are interviewed privately) contained the funniest moments where Nate and Sophie's relationship and its problems were poked at The team also has hilarious moments trying to ditch the quite "determined" filming crew, especially Parker.
As for Eliot and Hardison, their usual playful antagonism hits the core of their relationship and trust in this episode, which gave more depth to their camaraderie in the end.
If you like Leverage for its comedic factors, you will certainly enjoy this episode.
