- One male inmate is shown to make everything sexual including a few of his dialogs, such as inappropriately touching a female inmate's breasts. It is likely that the male inmate got incarcerated for sex crimes.
- There is one rapid sex scene. A woman's breast is shown from the side and a man's buttocks are shown. The entire scene lasts for about five to six seconds.
- Some female inmates are wearing low-cut tops and shorts. Their cleavage is shown.
- One male inmate is staring at a female inmate's cleavage.
- Some South African Mafia women are walking around topless. Their breasts are shown for a very short time.
- A male inmate removes his pants in front of a female doctor. Sometime later, a girl stands up, implying that he has had a blowjob. Nothing is shown other than the man's upper buttocks. The man moans loudly.
- One female inmate removes her top in front of a male inmate. The scene is from her back. Nothing is shown. After that, she is bathing completely naked. Her bare buttocks are clearly visible and her breast is shown from the side.
- A woman is naked except for her underwear and talks with a man inside an office.

- A female driver crashes and attempts to escape on foot, but she is run over intentionally by a fellow driver. The scene is violent and gory.
- Right before the start of Round one, sixteen female inmates must fight to the death until ten remain. The first three minutes are combat, and after those three minutes, they can activate weapons and use them to kill their opponents. One female inmate is decapitated, another one is stabbed through the chin and up into the head.
- At the beginning of Round 1, one racer jumps the Start signal and makes a run for it. A missile is soon activated and he is blown up.
- Another racer also makes a run for it after his car flips over and his partner is killed. Another missile is soon activated and follows him through the town until he surrenders and is also blown up.
