- A woman with a steroids syringe injects a man in the privates when the man is in his boxers. He screams and starts feeling good.
- Cops and a lawyer chase a man who tries stealing a man's stuff and the robber jumps from the balcony onto the grass. The lawyer shoots the man in the leg causing him to limp and while he limps, a man with a car drives the car onto the man smashing a few stands and crashes to a wall injuring him.
- At Home Depot, a drop of blood drops from the chainsaw onto the man's apron and hair is seen on the chainsaw.

- In a home, three bodybuilders argue with another man and a woman; one of the bodybuilders drops a large free weight disk on the man's head accidentally and we see a large pool of blood spread on a white carpet; the woman stumbles and dies when a bodybuilder injects her with "horse sedatives" twice

- A felon is arrested after sniffing cocaine inside a house that he has broken into, we hear about steroid use among bodybuilders and see a man injected with a large syringe of steroids in the thigh, we hear that steroids can cause erectile dysfunction.

- The movie is inspired by a real-life extortion and murder, which may upset some viewers.

- The chopping up of bodies and grilling of hands may be violent and disturbing.

Violence & Gore
- The protagonists kidnap and then ruthlessly torture a man. They burn his hand, beat him, etc. Then, trying to kill him, they make him crash in a car, set the car and him on fire, and then try to run over his face in a graphic closeup (crunching is heard). He survives but is severely injured.
- There's a long sequence where several cops chase Paul after a robbery. Paul is shot at several times, and he runs into a salon and opens his bag of money but a dye pack sprays and burns his eyes. He beats up two cops and runs into a restaurant but they keep shooting at him. He runs to a motel and dives in a pond, but they keep shooting and Paul's toe is shot off (blood is shown) and the toe piece is later shown graphically with the bone clearly visible.
- Dead bodies are almost shown getting chopped apart with chainsaws and hatchets. Blood is shown in one very brief shot along with some gore. At one point the chainsaw is shown snagging on the dead woman's hair.
- A man grills chopped off hands. This is shown in a graphic close up.
