I personally think this is a good movie. As in, it's a typical Japanese movie with emphasis and exaggeration on the gestures, facial expressions, the eyes and the hair and the eyebrows - which at times may be dramatic and funny or silly but it's okay I get it. The plot is also predictable but again I think it's a typical Japanese way of presentation on optimism and positivity and the never-give-up spirit. At least the fights are very well presented and nicely shot. I'm not sure why the overall rating is this low, this movie definitely deserves more appreciation and positive reviews. I enjoyed the two-hour movie and didn't think a minute was wasted. Very entertaining overall.

Where to start? The last H&L movie I saw was "DTC -Yukemuri Junjo Hen- from HiGH&LOW" which left such a sour taste in my mouth I gave it a 1/10 wishing I could have given it a 0. A "H&L" movie without any fights and without any of the kick-ass music we've come to expect. A truly awful experience. Unforgettably bad.
So, coming into this, I was worried to say the least (I had not realized H&L:The Worst actually came after that movie - But it still had its problems, namely the forced humor centered around a certain female character). I needn't have worried, though. This movie brings back the relentless fighting and music that, while it doesn't surpass the original tunes, is still pretty good (and for fans of the original films' music... there are a few treats). This one is all about the team-ups, though, and we get that killer crossover that was hinted at in the first :The Worst film. And it's pretty sweet!
The whole thing is truly ridiculous. The characters are caricatures, the fighting is completely over the top, it's probably a bit too long, and the story is... umm, is there a story? Well, stories are overrated. I had a blast watching this!

I'd argue that the Worst spinoffs wasn't able to meet the expectations that it's preceeding titles had placed. The themes behind the characters are very surface-level and straightforward but perhasp that was the intent as the targeted demographic may be young men.
The story adds good stakes after the school was attacked and devastated, it captured the hopelessness of the situation well only ruined by the letter Ueda Sachio gave to Hanaoka Fujio earlier on, declaring that Housen would help Oya should they need it.
If this wasn't explicitly shown, I believe the story would have much more apprehension. Hanaoka Fujio especially feels like a very childish superhero character that is not realistic like the rest of the cast, he easily gains the support of the people around him even with his lack of insight.
Hanaoka Fujio is not a leader that Oya High needs but it seems as if he was just written to be. Other than that, everyone else is acceptable as a character even though they are very static and flat characters.
Takajo Tsukasa's character in High & Low the Worst Zero added much depth and complexity to his character and Murayama Yoshiki was the best example of growth and dynamic characterization from this franchise evident by his popular place in fan votes. However everyone else, especially for what seems to be the main protagonist; Hanaoka Fujio, he needs a bit more depth.

This film is very good, there are a lot of characters but they all get the right portion. The development of each character here is also quite fitting. It's a pretty good continuation of High & Low compared to The Worst (2019) which is sorely lacking in storytelling. The choreography, musical arrangements, visuals, and others deserve thumbs up. A big thank you to the cast and behind-the-scenes film crew who worked together to create a sequel that was so much fun to watch. I hope that in the next films old characters can reappear and meet new characters, it will definitely be a big surprise for the audience.

This movie really gives a big breakthrough than the previous movie. Many new characters from schools outside or in SWORD appear. And apparently, most of them have a past with the characters from the previous movie.
High and low The Worst X Cross is nice movie.
- This film has an interesting story.
- Although it has a lot of characters, the introduction and character development is done quite well.
- I love how this film shows every corner of the school building.
- the bgm used is really nice to hear.
- The producer also does not limit the information of each character by creating a character information website.

Everything is there, the music,cinematography ,action, comedy, is all 10/10,you must watch high&low the series first, just check the watch order of the series+movies, this series is amazing, bring back memories as kid when I watch crows zero,
All of character is amazing and not annoying yeah even the villain in this movie is amazing character, everyone have their story, a perfect example of side characters,usually action movies is boring with regular fight, but not in high&low, yes you need watch all of them, I recommended you if you like this kind of movie Also if you fans of kpop who only watch this movie because of him, you need to watch high&low worst 1.

Despite having seen a lot of spoilers on the internet, the sensation from watching the movie directly at the theater is just different. The story is easy to understand even if you don't watch the previous series, but it makes even more sense if you do. Each character acts out their role very well in the movie, its like they were born to have such roles. In my opinion, it doesn't matter if you are watching it alone or with conpany, it is still a very intense movie to enjoy, moreover, this movie will soon be available on Netflix for the fans all over the world to watch it. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

I've been waiting to see this movie for forever and it didnt disappoint at all.
I watch this movie not because of the actors playing here. I've watch hign & low since 2018 and this is probably the best film of the high & low franchise. Every fighting scene is great, the camera movement is amazing. Its good to see that they still credit Murayama in some cases. And that Suzuran entrance in the final battle gave me the Avengers assemble vibe🤣. Its amazing how they can create another hype after the old cast had left.
Really cool movie and i hope there's more about Lao and suzuran in the next project!

HiGH&LOW never disappoints! Eventhough the plot isn't as strong as the OG HiGH&LOW series, i found this film still fun and enjoyable! The soundtrack, fighting scenes, characters, everything is sooo pleasing. The minus side is probably you need to watch the previous film (HiGH&LOW The Worst) or you might be confused with lot of characters appeared and the fast-paced film.
I love how this film subtly tells Suzaki and Amagai's complicated relationship by how Suzaki talks in polite language and Amagai's behavior towards him. And Todoroki's character development in this series.. I love the bonds between men.
