These episodes are both overall just trash. Scoop Snoop is the better episode for being a somewhat unique episode. It's got some nice moments, but a predictable ending yada yada. Also, this episode's a slight ripoff of Kernel of Truth (but Scoop Snoop's way better). Eye Can't is a boring episode about Lisa. But here's some flawed logic: a genius child who made a time machine by herself can't make herself a pair of glasses? She did once in Making the Grade, she can do it again. Both of these episodes are really just nothing special. Scoop Snoop is a 6/10 and Eye Can't is a 4/10.
