Tori Spelling filed for divorce from her husband, Dean McDermott, yesterday, March 29, 2024. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for ending her 18-year marriage. Included in the divorce papers, was her desire to have full custody of her five children.
The Almost-One-Year Separation
Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott separated in June of 2023, last year. The couple had been married for 18 years. They have five children together.
The separation came after, what has been reported as, years of Spelling being unhappy in their marriage. It is believed the couple were separated for so long without filing for a divorce because of their five children. Both Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott wanted what was best for their children.

“That’s a tough one,” she says at first, before saying after a few moments: “Garth.”
As it happens, despite all their years in the business, McEntire has never worked with Garth Brooks.
“Garth and I have never had a duet, a song together or nothing. So I say Garth,” she says.
Asked why they’ve never collaborated, McEntire explains, “I don’t know. I don’t think I’ve asked him because I’m sure he gets asked, from everybody, to do everything. And I just kind of like, didn’t want to bother him.

Nick Cannon had a few things to say when asked for parenting advice while chatting to Et Canada’s Jed Tavernier.
The father of 12 was asked what kind of a dad he is during his upcoming “One-on-One” special, admitting: “Definitely a disciplinarian, but it’s all out of respect and love. I constantly let my children know how much I love them.
“And I’m a big kid! So I’m probably the cool dad because I’m probably more mischievous and, you know, probably just as wild as they are. But I’m definitely the stern parent.”
Tavernier then questioned whether he had any advice for new dads or anyone wanting to become a parent, to which he replied, “Make sure your partner is on the same frequency as you. Especially in a co-parenting situation, you want to be aligned… similar values, similar ideas on how to raise a child.

Chicago Fire continues to be a ratings smash for NBC. Fans of the 2022 existential romp, Everything Everywhere All at Once may wonder if they’ve seen the face of Waymond Wang before. In fact, they probably did. Actor Ke Huy Quan starred in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom when he was a teenager.
Now 51, a Golden Globe winner, and an Oscar nominee, Quan says he always wanted to revisit one of his ’80s movies characters but never got the chance. Which role would he happily play again? Here’s what we know:
Movie-goers still recognize Ke Huy Quan 30 years later
Moviegoers got their first glimpse of Quan when his character, Short Round, tried to pick Indiana Jones‘ pocket at the Gung Ho bar in Shanghai. In lieu of having the boy arrested on the spot, Jones captured him with a snap of his bullwhip.
The adventure of a lifetime. Nearly 40 years after Indiana Jones and the Goonies, Ke Huy Quan & Steven Spielberg reunite.

At the outset of PBS’ docuseries Fight the Power: How Hip-Hop Changed the World, Chuck D asserts, “[In 2020], the Black Lives Matter protests wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for hip-hop.” It’s a lofty statement, as anti-establishment organizing and revolt have existed since Black people were brought to America. Hip-hop has augmented social movements since its 1973 founding; as Lupe Fiasco notes in the finale of the four-part series, ”Hip-hop is gonna supply you the theme song for the moment.”

Last month, we had the great pleasure of exclusively revealing Francesco Francavilla's variant cover for Archie Comics' The Return of Chilling Adventures in Sorcery, and as the spooky season creeps ever closer, we're now excited to exclusively debut Vincenzo Federici's interior penciled pages from The Return of Chilling Adventures in Sorcery (featuring Madam Satan getting up to macabre mischief on the mortal plane now that she's escaped Hell), along with development art by Vincenzo Federici, Liana Kangas, and Corin Howell!
Here's what Vincenzo had to say about bringing Madam Satan to life:
"Working on Madam Satan adventures is an incredible visual experience. First of all, it's amazing to have the opportunity to draw such great characters from both Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, since my wife and I are fans of the TV shows. My approach is to be respectful of the character design by giving them my personal touch.

When one thinks of Stanley Kubrick's 1964 Cold War satire "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb," the most iconic image that comes to mind is that of a hollering Slim Pickens straddling a descending hydrogen bomb. The journey to that image was a royal pain for the celebrated filmmaker.
"Strangelove" co-writer Terry Southern penned a memoir piece titled "Strangelove Outtake; Notes from the War Room," originally published in Grand Street magazine in 1994. He describes the pressure that Kubrick was under to employ Peter Sellers in multiple roles, which the Columbia suits had determined was the sole reason for the success of "Lolita" (it wasn't). So Kubrick agreed to cast Sellers in "at least four major roles," three of which made the final cut: Group Captain Lionel Mandrake, President Merkin Muffley, and the titular Doctor Strangelove.
