Plenty of room here for the lost and misguided
nogodnomasters11 July 2022
Warning: Spoilers
G (Marcus Carothers) leads the drug dealing Vulture gang in Chicago. There is heat on him so he hires a tough lawyer in the opening scenes and that ends that. So with the heat being on him, does he and the gang lay low? No. They decide to hit their source of pure drugs and also take out his source too. It makes for a nice haul, but not much of a future. He leaves witnesses alive and the streets are buzzing. Rival gangs lost their source of drugs and income and one person in town has it. Lay low? Nope. Sell pure dope. They don't even cut it. Didn't even looked like they measured or weighed it.

The plot was disjointed. Introducing characters too late into the film. Scenes that didn't tie back in. Acting wasn't good either, especially the woman who played Kayla's mother. Kayla was known as "K" as I was beginning to think I was watching a MIB movie.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

Plenty of room for the lost and misguided.

Warning: Spoilers
First and foremost, this is another master piece from Marcus and definitely to be precise, the statement plenty of room for the lost and misguided goes a long way. Off all the atrocities committed by G. The police officer was sure determined to nail him down but why pinned the only murder of the white guy who happens to be joe and the plug. Looking carefully into this, the police officer is also not clean and might even be the one setting move just to get the beast caged so he could get absolute control over his city. And here comes a shocker too, Kayla isn't really dead and here comes d setup.

This series isn't bad at all

This film leads you to think it's that of one genre but by the time it's over and completed, you realize that it's in a completely other genre that leaves you pleased as the creditor ending. Job well done on the creative process, the storytelling, and the acting, which provides an equal balance of quality over quantity. If there was some sort of small market, independent film awards this definitely would be nominee or an award winning movie. Very cleverly done and I give this film to thumbs up based off of the creativity that this movie provides along with a very well misdirection that causes a chain reaction of events.
