- Pearl kisses a scarecrow and masturbates with it for a long period of time until she climaxes. She moans and screams the whole time.
- A man shows a woman an old time Stag film, which is black and white but still very clear. Some full frontal nudity of women and male buttocks seen, with lots of pubic hair, breasts, without any genitals visualized. We even see a man fondling one of the women's naked genitals for a brief period (but genitals NOT seen). We then see the man having sex in multiple positions with the women with thrusting and his bare butt shown.
- A woman's breast is visible for a very brief moment while she takes a bath.
Violence & Gore

- A woman kills a goose with a pitchfork. You see her carrying its bloody corpse on the pitchfork to feed to an alligator.
- A woman imagines her husband, who's in the war, exploding in a gory fashion. She is then seen popping an alligator egg in her hand, letting it ooze in a bloody mess.
- A woman chases another woman with an axe, striking her from behind three separate times. The camera cuts away as she brings it down for the killing blow. Not long after, she is seen hacking the body into pieces and feeding them to an alligator. You see the woman's bloody, severed head for a few seconds.
- All of the violence in the movie is made to look similar to technicolor style 30's film. Bright red blood with detail.

- Almost none, however there is one use of "whore" translated into English subtitles from German.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A man and woman smoke in an alley for a brief scene.
- A woman drinks her father's cold medicine - liquid morphine.

- At the end of the movie Pearl smiles in a very creepy and disturbing way during the credits.
- A real human face suddenly appears on a scarecrow (it was a hallucination), but still might scare viewers
- A protagonist villain Pearl screams top of her lungs throughout the movie.

- A woman stabs a man sitting in the car in the chest with a pitchfork twice. He falls and is stabbed through the mouth, killing him.
- A woman suffocates her handicapped father offscreen, but you hear the struggle.
- During an argument, Pearl throws her mother into a fireplace and she burns to death.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A woman comes close to tossing her handicapped father to an alligator in a pond, but is interrupted and fails.
- Two women argue during a thunderstorm, eventually leading to the two slapping each other before one of them gets pushed against a fireplace and burns to death.
- Matricide and Patricide.
