The film features verbal drug references. These references are relayed in jokes and usage discussion.

A scene where a man and a boy are behind a garbage man. The boy's father mistakenly thinks the man is a pedophile. It's a misunderstanding and played for laughs, but the suggestion could be disturbing for some.

A swastika is drawn on Efron's forehead made out of penises. For any Jewish people watching the film, this may be a bit of an intense scene.

The scene featuring the nude man high on drugs & posing in sexually provocative positions (see Sex & Nudity) may prove to be somewhat disturbing (more comedic).
