Good
awaisali1424 April 2014
Story is not too bad , its good and it relates to this generation. It is a love story like other movies but it is modern and talks about both aspect of our social world. like poor and rich. It is about a poor girl who fell love with an rich boy but in few days is really love him and told the boy that she is also rich not poor but there is an end of lie so that the end came so worse that they break up but there love is too strong that they meet each other again there are also some up and downs in this drama serial that makes this drama serial too good. This drama reveals to us that what will happens when anyone told a lie . This gives an lesson for us not to tell a lie because it makes everything worse

I'm still confused
tinyfeet6918 February 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I love Turkish dramas and this one has it all but in saying that it also had me wanting to throw myself off a balcony but I could not stop watching it. It was so depressing what this girl went through - from beatings from her father and brother (even a slap from her husband), to kidnapping, poisonings, bullying and plots and set ups. I watched up until Feriha was shot at the wedding and then skipped through the next episodes until the end. First of all I want to say that Cagatay Ulusoy is a fantastic actor. If it wasn't for him, I would have stopped watching earlier on in the series. He brought the character of Emir to life and had me believing in everything he was portraying. He is a very handsome man who seemed to get buffer and more handsome as the series went on (that gets 5 stars on its own). Feriha's character annoyed me at times, but again, it was well acted and I was rooting for Emir & Feriha's happily ever after right throughout. So the confusion comes after the wedding/shooting episode. It just didn't work for me. I hated everything about it and it didn't seem right not having Emir and Feriha together. I just couldn't in all honesty watch the episodes right through and fast forwarded through most of them. So if you are confused by my review, I suggest you watch this show and then you'll understand why. I am still asking myself... why????

Could've been better.
itseme4 March 2021
An enchanting love story between feriha and emir. Some characters specially feriha's father and brother's part was kinda disturbing to watch. It could've been a good one if there was not too much unnecessary tragedies and extra prolonged storyline.

Disappointment/ depressing to watch
shimmer-720801 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Acting is excellent so the rating for that is 4. Typical Turkish script writers are some depressed people. Feriha and Emir difficulties between them was excessive l just couldn't waste my time watching halfway episode 47. I also know Feriha will be shot in the end so I really don't want to watch more disappointment. Let's face it how often do you hear anyone being shot dead on their wedding day, well only Turkish writers can do that.

Serial phenomenon
corneliaignat2 April 2019
The life story of two young actors, a poor girl-Feriha (Hazal Kaya - a young and very talented actress) and a rich boy Emir Sarafoglu (performed with great dedication and talent by the versatile actor, Cagatay Ulusoy, in his first role. ) A serial that deserves to be seen by any person at any age. A serial that can stir up the nostalgia of youth or the youthful madness, a series that definitely deserves to be watched. I recommend it with your hand on your heart!

A treat for the Eyes, but not for the Mind!
cnuraban12 May 2016
Warning: Spoilers
The story is kinda naive but the acting is really good, production is good, direction is superb, but the editors need to learn where to use which background music. The love story is enchanting and it brought tears to my eyes. But to be honest it's not very different from a typical Indian drama - someone or the other is always in the hospital, there's a lot of courtroom drama and numerous vamps are introduced in the story line to keep the TRPs high. The vamps play dirty games and the main character Feriha just goes trough all of it like the helpless damsel in distress. The first part of the show is nice as it's about class hierarchy, lies and the power of love but later on things go haywire. It's more or less like the Turkish version of any Ekta Kapoor blockbuster. Although the actors are beautiful, the story is not that logical, although very captivating. Hope you found this review helpful!

nothing new
Vincentiu2 June 2014
naive, seductive, common , dramatic for a part of public in search of modern fairy tales.like many soap operas, it is a nice mixture of love, hate and fight between good and evil. as many Turkish serials, it has pieces of social , ethnography and collision between old world and the new one. tradition and new image Juliet and Romeo. so, not a special movie and bad if the expectations are too high. puzzle of characters relationships, pink and sweet, it has the classic charm pillars - music, correct acting, dramas and slices of happiness, social differences and profound feelings. short, nothing new. but for this cause, a comfortable series. because each public has its expected type.

The worst TV-show i've seen
darahh20014 April 2015
Warning: Spoilers
The Storyline is weak and its too boring. For example Emir (the lead actor) has been shot by gun maybe 3 or 4 times and every time he has healed fully only after a day. He and Feriha (the girl ho love) break up in almost every episode and then they start dating again like its the first time that they have been together. There is a girl named Hande who love's Emir and she do everything to be with Emir and she hates Feriha and there is a boy who love Hande but she never was brave enough to tell her. Feriha is daughter of a needy janitor in a apartment in a hi class area in Istanbul. She has a friend with a reach girl in her apt named Cansu who has a stepmother named Sanem and she hates her. When Feriha gets scholarships in a hi class university but she goes there with Cansu's clothes and pretend to be a reach girl with a hotel owner father and then from the first day she fell in love with Emir but she didn't tel him the truth about her but Emir finds out the truth many later by a plan by Cansu because she started hating Feriha when she went to university and then the broke up for a long time. Maybe by what i said about this TV-show you think its interesting but its a total waste of time.

Feriha,great show for me!
gabrieladimitriu-9728713 January 2019
For the first time in my life, I was conquered by a serial in such a way that, after a while, I started to ask myself: What's wrong with me? What have I got? I seen and reviewed the series Feriha . The story itself is a simple story, but beyond it brings us to the forefront, the love of two young students who live in different worlds! The series tells us that there are no borders between rich people and the poor, if love is sincere, no matter what lies, appears during this series! Love conquers all the obstacles and we can say that life, beat the movie! The character I've loved enormously is Emir, played by Cagatay Ulusoy! Cagatay Ulusoy, had a fantastic performance, and the chemistry between Emir and Feriha was left unaltered eight years after the release of the show! It's a series I recommend to all who still believe in true love!

So glad I read the spoilers
swtsthng-259-85613013 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I'm on episode 52 right now, and I have to say I've been pretty entertained. It's not the best show ever but it's decent. But I just googled to see how many episodes are left and I am sooooo glad I did because I saw what happens in the series finale. I can't deal with unhappy endings... I mean seriously, that's why I watch these shows... to get the happy ending! So even though it's been entertaining, I am moving onto the next show... this is one I can't finish.

Pure melodrama of inferiority complexe of a poor girl
Sebest76628 February 2020
Warning: Spoilers
It's a must watched show. Not because of a beautiful LOVE STORY (not at all), but because of complex and anxiety suffered by girl (Feriha). She never gets stable with the guy, he continuously chases her and her too high ambitious, liar and pretending nature not only destroys her life with Levant but also Emir's life. You should see this! So you'll gonna aware about how not to ruin your life esp when you have loyal husband or boyfriend!

Adini Feriha Koydum
yesenialopzpas17 April 2019
Honestly this turkish drama series is in my opinion one of the best they have done although at the beginning the plot seems very predictable it's really not. Emir and Ferihas love story is like none other you have seen before and thats what keeps the show intresting. Throughout the show you encounter so many emotions but at the end you end up falling in love with Emir and Ferihas love because they show you that it's sincere, big, and most importantly real. I highly recommend this show to everyone, the only reason why I didn't give it a 10/10 was because like many others that have seen this show I hated the ending they could have done so much more for this tv series but In my opinion they just ruined the ending. But overall Adini Feriha Koydum is a must see.

a love story. like many others. social differences. the contemporary Turkish society. and a chain of mistakes, errors, lies, conflicts and illusions, dramas and solutions. crumbs of tradition in the youth universe. and the duties. but the love remains the axis and this is the most important thing for the admirers of this genre. because it is the only thing who could be significant. and the every day life as frame represents the easy way to identified with the characters. sure, the recipes is old. and perfect. the Turkish specific does great effect . and the good looking actors are the inspired ingredient for a successful story.

Heroine is a Vamp
lavaniasiddhartha7 February 2021
It's a story about selfish girl named feriha. Her character is a main character, she doesn't care about her parents, her fiance, brother, boyfriend, neighbours, people who helped her.

If you think or like such a character as ur role model then this show is for u.

Adorable
sakram19 October 2017
I've watched this series twice, once alone, and once with my sibling, it is the perfect exhibit of how good Turkish Drama can be, plot twists, smart plot, two lovers find difficulties because of caste (The boy is rich and the girl is poor). It is a little bit long but it suits the story. If you can afford this series, give it a try, and let it flow, and you'll absolutely like the soundtracks as well.

Depressing and sad
eldeneunderwood29 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This story was so beautiful in the beginning. The struggle, the lies, the hate and most of all the overcoming power of love.

Its of the rich and the poor. Different worlds coming together as one and then the main character dies.

Then the man she loves dies with her but falls inlove with another woman.so i dont really know what this film was about.

The saddest love story, ending so rubbish.

I wish i never watched it at all.

Too disappointing and depressing.

so boring and depressing
muneerasgg23 October 2019
Such an annoying overused concept rich guy falls in love with a poor girl who's lying about it oh and her family beats her I watched this a long time ago so I don't remember what happened in detail (fortunately) I don't even remember the ending lol, (I think that explains how insignificant this show is) all I can remember from it was how it made me want to kill myself watching it.

Awesome!!!
kanchanarunjha7 January 2016
I am a great fan of the show. I natively speak Hindi, but still, I've watched all the episodes more than thrice, including the ones in Turkish and Urdu. The storyline has many new things to offer for the Indian Audience. A definitely must-watch and learn. The cast is impressive too. I'm a great fan of the lead actors. Especially Hazal Kaya and Cagatay Ulusoy. The intro music is good. Although, its online presence seems too limited and a few episodes are a hard find. Its heartwarming. Its Inspirational. Thus, I say that this show is definitely a must watch!!!. I henceforth provide 10 star ratings. Also, I'd like to appeal all Indian fans of this show to do rate for the show on IMDb.

I AM NOT AN ART CRITIC,I AM A SIMPLE PERSON WHO LIKE TO ENJOY INTERESTING TV SERIES, GOOD BOOKS,AND MOVIES.,BEING MY FAVORITES THRILLERS AND SUSPENSEFUL CRIME TV DRAMAS INSTEAD OF ROMANTIC SERIES I PERSONALLY HAS ALWAYS FOUND ROMANTIC SOAPY OPERAS BORING AND UNINTERESTED,EVEN DURING MY ADOLESCENCE THAT IT IS WHY I CAN NOT EXPLAIN THE WAY FERIHA SERIES, CAUGHT MY TOTAL AND DEVOTED ATTENTION AND PRODUCED MISTERIOUSLY THE SAME EMOTIONAL ADDICTIVE RUSH.NOT ONLY THE FIRST TIME I DID SEE IT,BUT THE SEVERAL TIMES THAT HAS BEEN COMPULSIVELY IMPULSE TO SEE IT AFTERWARD I BELIEVE,WHAT MAKE THIS SERIES SO UNIQUE AND EMOTIONALLY ADDICTIVE IS THE IMPRESSIVE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THELEADING COUPLE(HAZAL AND CAGATAY)THEIR ACTING IS SO UNBELIEVABLE CONVINCING,THAT MAKE ONE CRY,SMILE AND FEEL BUTERFLIES,IN THE STOMACH ANY TIME YOU SEE THEM INTERACT IN THE SERIES. BESIDE THAT,AND OF GREAT SIGNIFICANCE IS THE EXCELLENT VERY WELL USED THEME SONGS AND THE EXTENDED ATTENTION TO CLASSIC ROMANTIC DETAILS SO UNFORTUNATELY FALLEN IN DISUSE NOW A DAYS
