Annie's wristband continually appears and disappears throughout "I Think I'm Gonna Like it Here."
When Annie is about to sing "I Think I'm Going To Like It Here" she jumps on the second stone in the water display but the camera quickly cuts to another angle where she has jumped on the first stone.
When Annie drops off "DOH form number 43807-8" to the clerk at the government office, she also puts down $43.55 in change and bills. When she first puts it down, the bills are rolled up inside a small yellow elastic band parallel to the counter's edge, with the change away from Annie and towards the clerk. In the next shot the bills are vertical, the band is now a neon yellow shoelace, and the change is along the side of the rolled up bills. The clerk then removes the tie from around the bills (which is now again the original plastic band), and drops the money on the counter. She starts to drag the bills off the counter with a pencil, and in the reverse shot, as she drags the bills all the way off, all the change has disappeared.
When Stacks has lunch with Annie for the first time, the level of water in his glass changes repeatedly.
When Annie and Grace are about to leave Domani, Grace puts her chalk on the cannoli box. It's in her hand a split second later.
When Annie and Will are riding in the helicopter, they talk to each other without wearing headphones. In many "Executive" interior fitted helicopters, like the Bell 429, the interior noise level is low enough that passengers can talk, watch movies, and listen to music comfortably without using headphones.
Guy shows the clip of Will saving Annie on the screen, and says that someone recorded it and put it on the internet. However, the video was shown from the front angle of the van when it was approaching, then from the side of the van when Will pulled Annie out, the same edit the audience saw in the movie. If the bystander had recorded on the phone, it would only feature one angle.
When Annie makes breakfast for Mr. Stacks, her wristband/hair tie switches positions on the plate.
Tessie's recorder makes the sound of a slide whistle.
During the "Little Girls" scene, the shadow of a crew member is clearly visible on the floor, next to the small blue crate.
During the final chase, they cross the George Washington Bridge from New York to New Jersey. Afterward, they're followed by NYPD cop cars instead of New Jersey police cars. Suddenly, they're at Liberty State Park in Jersey City, more than 20 miles to the south, near the Holland Tunnel.
In the opening title sequence, Annie boards the No. 1 train at 125th St., gets off a No. 6 train at Grand Central, exits at Franklin Street back on the No. 1 train, then goes to a restaurant on 12th St. Annie wouldn't have needed to get off the No. 1, nor would she have gone to Grand Central crosstown. Franklin Street is also too far south on the No. 1 train for 12th Street in Greenwich Village.
At the 6:10 mark, a taxi drops off a couple at Domani's then goes the wrong way down a one-way street.
