- Right at the start of the film, you see a baby nursing, sucking on the nipple of its mother. It is out of focus and only last about 3 seconds.

- Many people suffer horrifying burn injuries. Their charred skin is fully visible at several points in the film.
- Several people suffer gunshot wounds, and bloody chunks visibly fly off their bodies and clothes.
- Charlie goes on a massacre, mercilessly slaughtering many people with her telekinetic and pyrotechnic abilities.
- A cat is seen burned alive. The cat is seen and heard suffering in pain for a while before being finished off.
- A man is burned alive in a car. His burnt face is shown.
