She loves showing fans all angles of her life, and Nicki Minaj is once again doing a documentary for the MTV Network. Following up her “Nicki Minaj: My Time Now” project from 2010, the “Super Bass” babe will star in “Nicki Minaj: My Time Again” when it hits the airwaves on January 18th.
And in the newly-released trailer, it’s pretty obvious that Nicki’s life has gotten even crazier and more emotional than it was in the first show. The one-minute preview includes footage of Nicki’s backup dancer getting bitten by a snake at the Video Music Awards as well as several wardrobe malfunctions.
Minaj tells the camera, “No one could prepare for this business. Until you are in it, you really can’t wrap your brain around it. When I’m faced with crazy adversities, I turn on a switch that I don’t even know I have sometimes.

Nicki Minaj loves her Barbie necklace and her legion of fans is happy to call themselves Barbz. But now the Harajuku Barbie is taking her obsession with the ultimate female icon to a new level with a one-of-a-kind actual Nicki Minaj Barbie doll that will be auctioned off for charity.
While Nicki's colorful wigs, plunging necklines and body-hugging outfits are typically more revealing than the iconic dolls', Barbie maker Mattel has fashioned a single Minaj-edition Barbie that will be put up for auction on Charity Buzz on Wednesday as part of the five-day Divine Design event and gala at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, according to Billboard magazine.
Bids on the figure will be offered through December 19 and start out at $1,000. The Grammy-nominated singer is in good company, as former one-of-a-kind...

Nicki Minaj's name has been dragged into a lawsuit between MTV and a street drummer. Twenty six years old Michael Savely is suing the network for using his image without consent in 2010 documentary "Nicki Minaj: My Time Now" which is about the Grammy nominated singer's rise to fame.
Savely, who performs in a public subway platform, said in his lawsuit that MTV and its parent company Viacom have damaged his reputation and consequently his tutoring business and T-shirt sales. Camera-shy Savely said he was approached by the show's producers back in November 2010 and asked to sign a waiver. He refused on the basis that "the footage would misrepresent his connection with other artists whose style conflict with the one that he has developed." But the image appeared anyway a month later.

Better late than never for Lil Wayne. The Cash Money superstar wasn't able to record a collaboration with his protégée Nick Minaj in time to make her debut album, Pink Friday, due to his incarceration. But Weezy more than made up for it two months later by lending a verse to a remix of her spastic "Roman's Revenge," dubbed "Roman's Revenge 2.0."
"I eat your face off/ You n---as sweet as pie, like this is a bake off," Wayne spits to open his guest spot. "I love Nicki's curves/ Swing at the baseball."
The New Orleans Mc later adds, "Life is a puzzle, jigsaw/ All I do is win; my name should be Victor."

Nicki Minaj and Rihanna won't be throwing any slumber parties soon.
Despite rumors that the Caribbean beauties have been bunking together, Minaj recently called into Ryan Seacrest's radio show and cleared up whispers that she's Rihanna's roomie. The Young Money Barbie also copped to mischievously playing up the rumors on Twitter while they filmed a visual for their Pink Friday collabo.
"I don't know where people got this really insane, hilarious, random rumor that she and I were living together. We just shot the video for a song I have on the album I have called 'Fly,' and when I saw her, the first thing I said was, 'So, did you hear we're living together?'...

If Nicki Minaj is looking for someone to be the Ken to her Barbie, then the Lil Wayne protégé couldn't have done a better job than provocatively posing for the cover of King magazine.
The Young Money Mc sports nothing but black lingerie and a silk dress shirt on the cover of the upcoming March/April issue, which will arrive on newsstands next month.
"I look for someone who is calm, someone who is strong enough to not have to win every argument, someone who allows a woman to be her crazy self and someone with a conscience not to feel less of a man," the radiant rap star told the magazine about her Mr. Right. "You know, someone who is able to honor his woman but...

On Monday, Minaj took time between takes while filming her video for "Moment 4 Life" with Drake to talk about becoming the queen of rap's reigning crew.

"A lot of people might not know this, but me and [Cash Money co-ceo] Slim were very good friends," Kim explained. "Very good friends for four or five years.
