No pun intended - although to be honest the connections you can make between this and the Godfather ... well you can't deny someone is a fan. Or more than one individual that is. There are more than a few nods to the classic you hopefully know too. Not that it will matter or spoil anything for you when it comes to the feature length movie.
Not sure why they used Frodo (which sounds more like the Hobbit) and not Fredo, but I reckon that is supposed to be a joke too. Or it could have to do with copyrights? On the other hand there are so many similarities that the name couldn't be the straw that broke the horses back (it's the camels I know, but I wanted to add another pun, thank you very much).
Quite the crazy premise and even crazier ending ... I liked it ... especially because of that ending.
