- A female character is told to strip by Manson - he suggests others help her. Frontal nudity (partially) from the side seen - pubic hair visible. After a speech where Manson describes an operation she had (seen from behind) he turns her around and full frontal nudity is shown.
- Hannah Murray strips for Manson - initially seen naked from behind, breasts seen from the front - seen from navel (no pubic hair seen). She lays down and has sex with a fully clothed Manson (for about 5 10 seconds).
- When Hannah Murray's character first arrives at the farm a young Manson follower is seen from behind the chair masturbating an elderly man who owns the farm
- Part way through the film when Charlie Manson meets a new perspective follower he is bathing, he stands up and is seen nude from behind. He turns around but his penis isn't seen as he is covering himself with a book.
- During what appears to be an orgy a man goes down on a woman - no nudity seen
- A younger woman flashes a man. Bare breasts are seen. A blow job is implied moments later.
