On top form here we have Dexter, paired with Graves to brilliant effect. There's actually a genuine warmth in their scenes together, so it'll be a shame if Graves' confession near the end of the episode sees an end to their interaction.Indigo has a nice scene with Dexter near the end of the episode but most of the time she's back to throwing a strop at Romeo, who hasn't actually done anything.Robertson continues to wander around achieving nothing.
There's some nice character-building moments between Xavier and April, while John gets to pull a rabbit out of the hat and make a speech to the council which...doesn't actually have the desired effect but at least he tried. His moment of self-congratulation when Gina thanks him is brilliantly written and played.
