In an attempt to understand what makes the disease so terrifying, from a personal, medical and societal standpoint, armed with a camera, Megha traverses across India, travelling to Mumbai and Bangalore and interviewing her mother, brother, doctors and a family dealing with the final stages of the disease, to understand what it means to live with such a disease, from a family and a patient's point of view. Genetically testing for the disease herself in the film, Megha seeks to answer the precarious question of what entails predictively testing for a disease without a cure, while stringing stories and memories of her relationship with her father, as she prepares for the tough and knowing road that will eventually lead to her death.
