- There is a lot of alien blood throughout the movie.
- In one scene a creature know as a Licker gets ripped in half by another creature. There is not any gore.
- A soldier gets infected with the Plaga parasite in a very disturbing manor.
- An infected man gets stabbed in the back of the head. We do not see the stabbing because of the camera angle.
- Whenever the movie is about to show alien gore, the camera either turns away or cuts.
