The Fisher King makes the statement he's been waiting for a very long time, a new time to be ushered in... The time of the once and future king. In 1958, the novel "The Once and Future King" by T. H. White was published chronicling King Arthur's youth and education.

Goofs
The bracelet Arthur wears around his wrists throughout his quest for the Fisher King changes wrists from shot to shot. This is especially noticeable during and after Arthur's trial with the quicksand.

Clever cover-up

A clever cover-up of Merlin's magic use as the door just happens to shut right behind him, shouldn't Arthur have been leading? Storyline was okay, decent acting.
