I believe the writing and voice acting for Hank esp in the "Noir" mode was hysterical as well as accurate.
You have to simply love that Rusty's ridiculous insistence that the "learning-bed schooled" and socially isolated "Hankinator" would have gainful employment in Colorado Springs in 7 days. His response in opening a store to sell Rusty back his own possessions was ingenious.
It also built off the classic first season's debut of "Hank-Co" lol.
It's not like it's a complicated mystery once Hank is given the key. It's A) Brock B)Helper or C) Rusty...
So where is the real flaw...I know the creators don't like "successful" endings for any characters, but Hank did not need to go far back in the memory machine to forget his "First Time experience"....he only had to forget talking to AL picking up the key etc...and AL would need to forget that he did the spell or there was a key.
Just an analysis.
