The Jackson 5 have found their harmony once again for the upcoming biopic “Michael” from director Antoine Fuqua and Oscar-winning producer Graham King.
After a worldwide search led filmmakers to cast Jackson’s nephew, Jaafar Jackson, as the King of Pop, with 9-year-old Juliano Krue Valdi as the younger Michael, fans have been eagerly waiting to see who would round out the rest of the Jackson family.
The film, which is scheduled to hit theaters on April 18, 2025, is currently in production. Oscar-nominee Colman Domingo assumes the role of family patriarch Joe Jackson with Nia Long as mother Katherine Jackson, plus Miles Teller as lawyer John Branca.
Now, the eight actors who will portray Jackson’s four brothers — who come together to form the massively popular singing group the Jackson 5 — have been revealed: Jamal R. Henderson plays Jermaine Jackson in the film’s later years, while Jayden Harville plays the younger version.

Ever since Saving Private Ryan, it has been nearly impossible not to get excited over a Steven Spielberg/Tom Hanks collaboration, especially when it comes to projects surrounding their shared love of World War II. And their latest, Masters of the Air, looks to be a stellar addition to the lineup.
This time around, executive producers Spielberg and Hanks – along with Gary Geotzman who, like the aforementioned men, helped get Band of Brothers and The Pacific on the air – take to the skies, focusing on a group in the United States Army Air Forces. While Band of Brothers and The Pacific were both monumental hits for HBO and won the Primetime Emmy for Outstanding Miniseries, Masters of the Air will be headed to Apple TV+, where it is no doubt one of the most highly anticipated series since the service launched.

When The 100 debuted on The CW in 2014, it was a nice change of pace for the network.

Let's take a look at what the cast has been up to since the series wrapped.
Eliza Taylor - Clark Griffin
Clark changed dramatically throughout the seven seasons as the heroine at the story's heart.
She made decisions that divided the fan base and allowed viewers to witness all the ugly things that come with leading a group of people.
Taylor's breakthrough role was on the Australian soap opera Neighbours.

Saint X is going all out on its complexities with every episode. And it has made me begin harboring doubts over whether it will offer answers to all the questions it’s made me form in my mind since it began. There’s a lot of explanation I need, and I’m sure you do too. At the end of Episode 5, we had a letter from Sara’s husband, and it surely has some shocking information, possibly regarding Edwin being in New York. Also, Josh has seen Clive. Let’s find out what Saint X Episode 6 has in store.
Spoilers Ahead
A Failed Solution
Little Clairey is having a tough time accepting that she will never see her sister Allison again. Her father is frustrated with trying to prove to people on the phone that Allison’s death wasn’t an accident but a murder. Her mother is just broken.

Episode 4 of Saint X ended with John noticing Emily talking to a guy in front of their home. She has begun her assignment of making Gogo trust her. In Alison’s timeline, we have Ethan as a suspect alongside Edwin. In Gogo’s timeline, we find out that Sara has married Edwin, but we do not know if Edwin has come to New York or is still in the Caribbean. Saint X Episode 5 is an oxymoron. Nothing happens, but a lot happens anyways. And it’s unnervingly restless, much more so than the previous episodes.
Spoilers Ahead
Disorganized
Ethan and his wife watch from their resort balcony as Allison’s parents and the police search for her in the nearby woods in the middle of the night. Olivia tells Wes that she has made a very big mistake. Tyler’s father is glad that Tyler has told the cops what he wanted him to say.

Saint X is turning out to be quite a restless series in the way it is slowly crouching towards its as yet unknown ending. We have Clairey, a.k.a. Emily, who is stalking Gogo. We have Alison, who is getting more and more involved with Edwin. While these are the primary storylines that we need to follow, a lot else is happening in the background that gives us a better sketch of the characters. Episode 3 ends with Emily deciding to make Gogo trust her just like he and Edwin made Alison trust them before raping and killing her. Gogo, on the other hand, still has nightmares of the witch from Faraway Cay, which means that he is still not over what happened on the night of Alison’s death. Let’s find out what Saint X Episode 4 has in store for us and, more importantly, for Emily and Gogo.

“The beautiful setting and the fun, murder mystery gives it this appearance of being one show, but underneath it, we have a great umbrella that we get to really talk about real issues,” executive producer Leila Gerstein told TheWrap. “It’s something that the writers and I talked about all the time and how we were going to handle all of it; it was really important to us for it to come through.”
At the center of the thriller series, which premiered April 26 on Hulu, is 19-year-old Alison, who returns from her first year of college at a crossroads as her equality studies spill into her family vacation on a luxurious island...

Hulu's newest psychological thriller series, "Saint X," which premiered on Hulu on April 26, draws inspiration from notable high-profile true crime cases in the media. The series, based on the 2020 novel of the same name by Alexis Schaitkin, centers around the mysterious disappearance and subsequent death of a young woman during a vacation with family on the fictional Caribbean island Saint X. In the aftermath of her death, her family's quest for the truth is complicated by conflicting stories and murky timelines of her final moments alive. Still, her younger sister is persistent to find answers.
Given the feasible storyline of "Saint X," audiences anticipating the series have been curious if the series is based on a true story. While it isn't based on one true event, the show parallels the real-life case of missing 18-year-old student Natalee Holloway, who disappeared while vacationing in Aruba in 2005.

Alycia Debnam-Carey leaves zombies behind for her follow-up to Fear the Walking Dead.
On Saint X, Debnam-Carey takes on the role of Emily Thomas, an environmental documentary editor trying to unmask the truth about her sister Alison's (West Duchovny) death several years before.
The series is based on the novel of the same name by Alexis Schaitkin.
Debnam-Carey revealed exclusively to TV Fanatic that she chose not to read the book because she knew there would be distinct changes in the series.
"I didn't want to cross-pollinate what was happening on set versus in the book," the star shares.
"So I decided to just focus on the scripts and that character arc as it was being written for the show."
The star revealed that she waited to read the book until production was completed, and she hopes fans of the show will discover the book.

“Saint X,” Alexis Schaitkin’s acclaimed 2020 novel, has roiling depth beneath its placid surface, much like the pristine waters of the Caribbean island where it takes place. The body of a young American girl washes ashore in those tropical tides, and because her death incites the story, “Saint X” initially cuts the figure of a thriller. Yes, the book slowly unfurls the details behind her untimely demise. But the story isn’t really about what happened, it’s about the grief, recrimination and obsession that consumes the survivors over time. It’s a meditation on trauma, shot through with social commentary and disguised as a nondescript “imperiled woman” beach read.
Hulu’s series adaptation of “Saint X” hews closely to its source material, which winds up being as much a curse as a gift. The show also feints at a proper whodunnit, then builds to a nuanced, if anticlimactic conclusion,...

It’s always a tragedy when a family member dies. But when the circumstances surrounding their death become murkier instead of clearer, sometimes there’s only one person who can get to the bottom of things. When a missing young woman turns up dead , only her enterprising sister can figure out the truth of what happened to her. You can watch Saint X with a 30-Day Free Trial of Hulu.

In a moment of emotional crisis, Alison (West Duchovny) blurts out the suspicion that’s been weighing on her to a stranger in the bathroom: “Am I generic?” she sobs. And though the stranger assures her that she’s not, Saint X takes a more nuanced view.
In premise, the series would seem to be a fairly standard take on the dead-white-girl narrative, with Alison’s eventual unexplained death serving as the mystery at the heart of the plot. But as with the 2020 Alexis Schaitkin novel it’s based on, it upends those tropes by offering a kaleidoscope of perspectives that reconsider what kind of stories we expect from tragedies like these, and who gets to be at their center — or it aims to, anyway. Unfortunately, an accumulation of minor fumbles leaves what could’ve been an incisive subversion of a familiar story feeling, instead, more like a replication of it.

Saint X, Hulu's adaptation of Alexis Schaitkin's novel, is loosely inspired by the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, but viewers shouldn't expect a ripped-from-the-headlines take on her story. The question of what happened to Alison Thomas (West Duchovny), a 19-year-old American who mysteriously died while vacationing with her family at a Caribbean resort, is the least interesting thing about Saint X, which engages with white privilege, classism, and other social ills across its eight episodes. The girl-gone-missing tale is simply writer/executive producer Leila Gerstein's gateway to these thorny topics, and while it doesn't always succeed, the show's willingness to take big swings makes it stand out in a sea of middling mysteries.

The month of April for Hulu is jam-packed with TV and film goodies, from Adam Sandler’s 1999 comedy “Big Daddy” to Fox’s hit sitcom “New Girl.”
On top of Hulu’s rollout of a new interface, it’s also adding some major film and TV titles to its platform. Some of the highlights that set off the first day of April include “American Psycho,” “Shrek” and its sequel “Shrek 2,” plus the Tim Story-directed “Think Like a Man.”
Anime series will be all the rage on Hulu with the dubbed version of the new popular series “Chainsaw Man” arriving, along with “Spy x Family” and “Black Clover.” If you’re looking for something a little bit more kid-friendly, the family can al enjoy “Despicable Me” and “Despicable 2,” “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days” and “Nanny McPhee.” For the lovers and heartless romantics, “Dear John” and “Date Night...

Hulu’s list of new releases for April 2023 don’t feature many blockbusters, but if we dig a little, I’m sure we can find some gems.
Perhaps the most promising items are on the TV side of things. Tiny Beautiful Things premieres on April 7 and stars Kathryn Hahn as “a floundering writer who becomes a revered advice columnist while her own life is falling apart.” That will be followed by comedy Am I Being Unreasonable? on April 11 and two documentaries: high school football story Algiers, America (April 19) and Tupac Shakur piece Dear Mama (April 22).
The best TV candidate this month, however, is probably Saint X on April 26. This series, told via multiple timelines, “explores and upends the girl-gone-missing genre as it explores how a young woman’s mysterious death during an idyllic Caribbean vacation creates a traumatic ripple effect that eventually pulls her surviving sister into a dangerous pursuit of the truth.

Even if you’ve signed up for every streaming service out there, it can feel monumental when a title moves from one to another. In April, Netflix mainstay “New Girl” moves to Hulu; still streaming, but not where fans are used to finding it — like rearranging the furniture in your apartment and waking up surprised every day that the couch is over there now.
But what’s important is that “New Girl” lives on, now joining Hulu’s own TV and movie library and originals from Freeform, FX, National Geographic, and more. Later in the month, Leila Gerstein’s “Saint X” — based on the novel by Alexis Schaitkin — premieres with three episodes, recounting the story of a young girl found dead during a family vacation and the sister piecing it together years later. Alycia Debnam-Carey, Josh Bonzie, West Duchovny, Jayden Elijah, Bre Francis, Kenlee Anaya Townsend, Betsy Brandt, and Michael Park star.

When Fear the Walking Dead returns for Season 8, it will be without one of its most popular stars.
Following plenty of speculation, Alycia Debnam-Carey announced on social media Sunday night that she was leaving the AMC post-apocalyptic drama series after seven seasons.
The post was timed to the airing of Fear the Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 15, which found Alicia (Debnam-Carey) telling everyone else to leave the radiation-filled area in rafts.
If you watch Fear the Walking Dead online, you know Alicia had been battling a mystery illness after being bitten by a walker.
The series left fans on a bit of a cliffhanger when it showed a seemingly cured Alicia waking up on a beach, leading to speculation that the character didn't survive.
"To my dearest @feartwd family, tonight marks the end of an extraordinary and life changing journey of playing Alicia Clark," Debnam-Carey shared on Instagram.

Spoiler Alert: The following story reveals major plot points from tonight’s AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead episode.
Alycia Debnam-Carey said goodbye to AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead after 7 seasons on tonight’s episode titled “Amina.” Debnam-Carey, who played Alicia Clark, was part of the cast since the show’s inception.
Debnam-Carey’s exit follows the news of her casting in the upcoming Hulu series Saint X which was announced earlier this month. Deadline speculated at the time that her new gig likely means that her tenure on the AMC series is coming to an end.
Alicia really went through some tough and emotional moments in her final appearance as she fought against turning into a zombie. The pull to the other side was intense but with the help of a mysterious little girl—who turns out to be her younger self via her subconscious—Alica survives the...

Alycia Debnam-Carey has an exciting new role.
The Fear the Walking Dead and The 100 star has joined the cast of the forthcoming Hulu drama series Saint X.
Victoria Pedretti was originally set to star on the series, but Variety reports that the You alum bowed out over creative differences.
News of the casting comes after it was reported that production was shuttered in the Dominican Republic after crew members walked off the set over a pay dispute.
Debnam-Carey is set to play Emily, a "sharp and ambitious woman whose carefully constructed, seemingly perfect life begins to crumble."
Based on Alexis Schaitkin’s novel, Saint X is a psychological drama told via multiple timelines and perspectives that explores and upends the girl-gone-missing genre.
It’s a show about how a young woman’s mysterious death during an idyllic Caribbean vacation creates a traumatic ripple effect that eventually pulls her surviving sister...
