Four slackers decide to avenge their humiliation at the hands of a con-man.

After losing a huge sum to police officer Kabir Nayak, four slackers--Aditya Shrivastav, Boman Contractor, Manav Shrivastav, and Deshbandhu Roy--find themselves unemployed and broke. They come upon Kabir, who apparently lives a wealthy lifestyle now along with his wife Kamini, and sister Kiya. They intrude in his life, find out he is having an affair with a woman named Gulabo, and blackmail him into making them partners. They also rope in gangster-turned-Sadhu Bata Bhai into investing in an oil project, but are humiliated and go on the run after finding that Kabir has conned them. With an enraged Bata on their tail, the hapless foursome manage to escape to Macau with help from gangster Mohsin Bhai. Here they run into Kabir, now the owner of 'Four Jokers' Casino, and make elaborate plans to avenge their humiliation as well as ensure that he winds up alone and penniless.—rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

After losing a huge sum in a scam to a police officer, Kabir Nayak (Sanjay Dutt); four slackers: Aditya Shrivastav (Arshad Warsi), Boman Contractor (Aashish Chaudhary), Manav Shrivastav (Javed Jaffrey) and Deshbandhu Roy (Ritesh Deshmukh) find themselves unemployed and broke. They have spent the last 2 years waiting at the same spot where the rich man met with an accident previously and divulged his secret stash of Rs 10 Crores. The slackers hope that another accident would take place, and they would have the same luck again. The four slackers try many different scams to make some money but are unsuccessful at everything. They try to rob bar patrons. Roy goes into the bar, enrages one patron who chases him outside, where Adi hits the patron with a frying pan to knock him unconscious and the rest rob him. Eventually, all the patrons regain consciousness and rob them back.

They again run into Kabir, who apparently lives a wealthy lifestyle now along with his wife, Kamini (Mallika Sherawat), and sister, Kiya (Kangana Ranaut). The 4 slackers are astonished as Kabir was supposed to have donated the loot money to the same orphanage that the slackers did. Kabir has recently taken on 4 new partners for a new project he is launching. Kabir has given his new partners an apartment, use of a company car and even an expense account. The slackers meet Kabir and ask him to make them partners instead, but Kabir flatly refuses. They find that Kabir is living off the wealth of his rich wife (and doesn't have any money of his own) & is having an affair with a woman named Gulabo (and admits to her on the phone that he will steal money from the business to fund her), and blackmail him into making them partners.

But it's an elaborate ploy to con them & Kabir, Kamini & Kiya are all part of it. Kamini first pretends that the plot of land in prime Mumbai location has just been freed of all legal hassles. Kabir convinces her that this is due to the luck brought by their new partners and Kamini allots them a 20% stake in her business. They fake an oil find in a barren land in Mumbai & get the 4 slackers to rope in a gangster-turned-Sadhu, Bata Bhai (Satish Kaushik), into investing 250 Crores in the oil project (and establishing a refinery on the plot itself), in exchange for a 50% partnership of the company.

Bata Bhai feels that there is no respect in the business of being a don and is looking for ways and means to diversify his income sources. Bata Bhai becomes a Godman and explains the Ramayana in his unique Don style. When the public objects to Bata Bhai mixing the Ramayana and the Mahabharata, he shoots his gun in the air to disperse the gathered crowds. The 4 slackers meet Bata Bhai at the Godman venue and convince him of the refinery project. Bata Bhai extorts money from his usual victims and arranges Rs 250 Crores to invest in the oil refinery venture. Once the money is transferred, Kabir, Kamini and Kiya take a flight out of Mumbai, with all the funds. Turns out the land belonged to BMC and the oil "discovery" on the land was fed by an oil tanker parked nearby.

The 4 are humiliated and go on the run after finding that Kabir has conned them. With an enraged Bata on their tail, the hapless foursome manages to escape to Macau with the help of a gangster, Mohsin Bhai (Zakir Hussain) whose life they save from Police. Mohsin has also been conned by his partner Shabbir & helps the 4 avenge their con against Kabir. Mohsin agrees to take the 4 slackers to Macau but drowns in the water himself when their boat is confronted by Hong Kong police, and the everybody has to jump into the water. Mohsin did not know how to swim.

In Macau, Kabir is the owner of 'Four Jokers' Casino. He has just announced no limits gambling in his casino on New Year's Night and needs Rs 1000 Crores in deposits to cover the bets. He needs an investor for the same.

Aditya lands there as head of security Ghanta Singh and also getting the job of Kabir's "personal assistant", while Deshbandhu makes up as a Jamaican cool dude, Thukiya, to lure Kiya into his love net. Thukiya saves Kiya from Boman, who attacks Kiya dressed as a Gorilla. But turns out it was a real Gorilla as Boman was locating the Gorilla face mask, and Manav released a real Gorilla instead, thinking it is Boman. When Kiya comes to visit Thukiya in the hospital, Boman pretends to be his simpleton brother Dodo.

Then Deshbandhu makes up as Gujrati investor Heera Bhai (& Manav as his mistress Barbara Gori) & pretend to deal with Kabir's Casino rival Johnny Bonzella (J. Brandon Hill) for an investment in casinos.

Heera Bhai's "deal" with Bonzella falls through & Ghanta convinces Kabir to make Heera Bhai a partner in his casino for 1000 Crores in exchange for 10% share in the Casino. Meanwhile Kiya announces her love for Thukiya & when Kabir insults him, she rebels & marries Thukiya despite objections from Kabir. Then they pretend that Kabir has sent a hit-man to kill Thukiya on their honeymoon night.

Finally, they drug Kabir & convince Kamini that Kabir has had a fling with Barbara. Kamini & Kiya desert Kabir. Heera pulls his financing, and Kabir has to borrow 1000 Crores from his arch-rival Bonzella, which the 4 steal via Ghanta Singhs insider knowledge of Casinos security systems.

Then they turn up at Kabir's house to gloat. But Kabir once again turns the tables by revealing that he paid Mohsin to bring them to Macau. He also has footage to prove that the 4 stole the 1000 Crores. Kamini & Kiya were also part of the plan. Mohsin returns the Rs 1000 Crores to Kabir. So, Kabir once again walks free & the 1000 Crore investor goes after the 4 to get his money back.
