- A man and woman are shown talking in bed, apparently after sex. The man is shirtless and the woman is in bra and panties.
- A woman's naked butt is clearly visible as well as the side of her breast. She then climbs on top of a man who is shirtless, but covered from the waist down. No male nudity. They are about to have sex but are interrupted. She is shown a moment later lying naked on the bed on her stomach - butt visible. Moments later she is walking down the stairs with her shirt open and her bra visible. The same man spanks her butt on the way out the door.
- A man and woman attempt to have sex, but fail. The woman's backside is visible and later, Brosnan spanks on it.

- There are numerous scenes with social or casual drinking. Several of these are parties at a house. Richard is seem drinking wine in many scenes in the movie, in most of these scenes there is someone drinking with him.
- In one scene Richard walks off with an open bottle of wine and a glass, clearly intended to get drunk.
- In a scene Richard mixes pain meds with drinking and has dramatic effects similar to intoxication.
