The Robert Nelson and William Wiley film can be found on "American Film Treasures/Avant Garde Film: Disc 2"--a compilation of mostly forgotten art films of the 20th century. This DVD set is NOT for the casual viewer and sometimes I wonder why I watched the films--as some of them were VERY artsy and weird! The film is narrated by Nelson and Wiley as you see Nelson and Wiley on screen. Originally the film was made using pantomime and the narration was added later. Unlike most of the other films in the set, this one is intended to be silly and has a bit of a sense of humor about it. It looks as if the two are having fun with this film and possibly made it strictly for laughs. While little of it is brilliant, it is watchable. Difficult to rate and it could have used a bit more planning or some excellent punchlines--which it lacked.
