Who'd have ever thought that we'd get a feel-good show about a women's adult mag

I'm calling it here and now: The TV series "Minx" will achieve at least some sort of cult status. Perhaps, just as the titular magazine, a bit later than expected and perhaps in a different sort of way than anticipated. But, fear not, the love that this series deserves will not be unnoticed.

To my utter, utter surprise "Minx" is an ABSOLUTE joy to watch and I have to give a shout out to really, really strong, solid endings to every single episode.

Jake Johnson has never been better, the chemistry between Doug and Tina is super palpable ... and Ophelia Lovibond almost sounds like a naughty name worthy of the stirr her character Joyce is causing in the world.

"Get back in the kitchen!"

The riots inadvertently initiated by Joyce and stoked by Doug, have become viral marketing for Minx. Naturally Joyce is unhappy because it is the 'wrong sort of success'. Again she learns a lesson, this time from sister Shelly, her ex, Glen and some hate-mail, each in very different ways. This prompts her to grab the bull by the horns and embrace her time in the limelight.

Another wonderful performance form Ophelia Lovibond who makes the prudish Prigger a proud pornographer!
