Sex & Nudity

- The story line includes talking about fertility. There is one scene sexual orgy like, but only sounds can support this impression as nothing shown and all people dressed.
- There is no nudity to speak of, though some of the women are dressed provocatively.
- There is a brothel scene where lots of people are laying around, kissing, touching, etc.
- There is a scene in which a man throws woman down onto a bed. He pins her down by laying on top, rips her gown, nearly rapes her but is interrupted. No nudity.
Violence & Gore

- There's lots of action sequences with fighting and blood and death. Lots of impalement with medieval-type weapons (swords, spears, etc.). Most battles are happening fast and the camera does not linger on the injuries.
- Some people are tied up to a post, and there's a device with a big spike that swings down and stabs them through the stomach to kill them.
- People are forced to fight to the death for the entertainment of others.
- A man is captured and a guard hits him really hard in the face several times.
- Someone's throat is sliced and you see the cut from a distance.
- The top half of a person's head is cut off and you see this from a distance as his body tips over.
Profanity

- The language contains few usage of W**RE.
- No profanity.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A near-rape scene.
- A sort of torture scene when a guard hits a captured man several times.
- People are forced to fight to the death, and the loved ones of those who lose are impaled.
- There is a minor character whose nose and jaw bone have some kind of injury or mutation that makes him look a bit monster-like.
- Young women and other people are shown as prisoners.
