- Some blunt sexual references. Sean says he'd rather "masturbate with a cheese grater" than visit his father. A "hand job" is mentioned twice. Cathy gets a text from Lenny that says, "I wish I was inside you." References to adulterous actions.
- Sean opens his time capsule and in it is a Polaroid photo of a woman giving him a blowjob. The image is briefly seen but unless you use the pause button you won't even know what it is, and even then it's not very explicit. Cathy remarks that the woman has Sean's "penis" in her mouth, and remarks how "gross" that is.
- Brief, non-explicit reference about a man being molested by his father when he was younger.

- This is an emotional episode as Cathy comes to terms with her poor relationship with her father, and decides to tell Sean she has cancer. Sean gets so upset that Cathy pretends she was joking and makes him think she really isn't sick.
- Sean tells Cathy very gravely that their dad molested him during Sean's childhood. This turns out to be a cruel joke.
