Must Watch for Intellectual Movie Lovers.
somenjana23 December 2022
First of all, this movie is not for the mass audience, who will like massla movie.

I could say it's a masterpiece, unless it's highly inspired from the movie "In the mood for love ". But, that doesn't infer the quality of the movie.

The background score is innovative and excellent. From the ticking of clock, fainted sound of hammering to the sound of river water flow or bird chirping inside jungle, it always goes with the mood of the movie. Acting of Ritwik Chakraborty and Sohini Sarkar are superb. The characters doesn't have much dialogue, so just by facial expression, this kind of performance is undoubtedly magnificent. Final positive point is cinematography. The way director used the sets, props and light, viewers stay amazed.

Finally, as the movie is about to feel, it's not about the storyline, it could be made shorter, I personally think that could be more appropriate.

But it is able to take the audience to a different world, a dream world, away from the fast and furious, rat racing real situations!

It burns slowly and hits very hard but last for long

First of all this movie is not for masses. It need a cinematic, imaginative mind to grasp the slow motion in progress, transition between scenes, long pauses and lots of expressions with almost zero dialogues. We all have a hidden desire in all form and that get lost in daily noises around ( here the sound of rail passing through), but it tries to spread its wings whenever possible. If you are in a hurry and your mind is occupied too much don't watch the movie you will end up hating more the slow motions but if you have time grap a coffee and watch it alone you will be amazed. It will keep a long lasting impact on your mind because we all are alone very often and wants to get out from real life to our dream world.

Tiresome. Utter Rubbish. A complete waste of 2 hours

An unambitious 40-year-old man forms a deep connection with a school teacher whom he crosses paths with every day. However, when she disappears, he finds himself obsessing over her.

The movie is boring, pointless and stupid. The director is horrible and just leaves the camera sitting for a stupidly long time for each scene. Nothing makes sense at all. It was entirely disappointing. The script and plot are dull and disingenuous. Avoid it if you can. If you like watching films where nothing happens.... seriously nothing happens. You can call it a very very very bad copy of Asha Jawar Majhe (can't even call it swasta Asha Jawar Majhe).
