- No sexual content in the game. Julie wears a crop top, and that's about it.
Violence & Gore

- Many brutal finishing moves if your a killer.
- Players can kill chickens to avoid being spotted.
- Killers can collect blood, and feed Grandpa to spot players.
- Whole goal of the game is to escape killers, or kill victims.
- At the start of every killer game, Leatherface hooks a character who wasn't picked. Then the person is chainsawed through the chest, but no actual gore is seen.
- Players can collect blood from tubs throughout the map, and feed grandpa it to level him up..players can also hit victims to collect.
- The gore in the game is only from the maps. Players can not do any gory kills..the slaughterhouse map has chopped up bodies, and blood all over it.
- A dlc pack has the characters skins be covered in blood.
- The new killer can trap players in barbed that causes bleeding damage overtime unless removed.

- Not much swearing is heard. The dialogue is random. Most of the swearing comes from the family members who bump into each other, but it's light words. So far, haven't seen any f words.

- Sissy can spray a mist that poisons people, and causes their screens to become blurry, and movement is difficult.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Leatherface is the scariest character to be against, because you can't defend yourself from him unless your able to stab him from behind, or you have leland who can shoulder charge, but the charge doesn't knock Leatherface over since he's too big. Leatherface does the most damaged, and if leveled up, he's one of the fastest characters.
- Much more intense then other games, as instead of 1 killer, you have 3 to look out for, and if teamwork isn't in the game, then it becomes a lot harder.
- Sissy backstory shows she was in a cult which has been confirmed as the Manson family. You can hear sing some songs that are related to Manson throughout the game.
- The family are cannibals, and some of the diologue about eating the victims will be disturbing.
- Players can find chopped up body parts all over the map and lots of blood.
- A very disturbing game that does a pretty good job at emulating the style of the first movie.
- Your always on the move, as you have to avoid the family, and escape before grandpa maxes his level out, and players will always be spotted. Also players are suffering from a poison that will cause damage overtime as a countdown basically. If one player is left, that player will have double the health taking from them until they die or escape.
